The front desk agents were very pleasant and after a day of traveling and two canceled flights, they were a breath of fresh air. The hotel is outdated and smelled bad. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest but we were too tired to inquire about changing rooms/hotels. It was ok for a few hours to get some rest but I wouldn’t stay there again even if it’s for convenience.

Very great location for access to the airport! The shuttle to the airport and the ability to park the car at the property while traveling was fantastic as well as convenient. The parking charge was much cheaper than leaving the vehicle at the airport. The breakfast offered was free but it wasn’t the best. The food was bland and overcooked. They had takeout options like cereal and muffins which we ended up eating. The hotel definitely shows its age and is overdue for some repairs and renovations; however, for the price and convenience it was a good option for our family.

Well I chosed on Expedia that I wanted a room with the hot tub inside and when I went to the hotel they said they didn’t have any available. Whats the point on choosing it on Expedia when there is no communication between Expedia and the hotel. We cancelled the hotel

As for the bed sheets and towels, they were pretty clean. I would never stay here by choice but under the circumstances, it was fine I guess.

Nice room, but selecting channels on your tv is not intuitive and frustrating. no 'guide' button on the remote.

Stayed here for an early flight the next morning. Staff was so friendly even at the late hour. Room was clean and linens were comfy. I would stay here again.

Expedia site for this hotel reservation shows free airport shuttle begins at 4am. However, it is posted at registration (and confirmed by staff) that it does not begin until 4:30am. Due to my early flight, I had to pay a cab to take me to the airport. I had selected this hotel for the free shuttle each way so that was disappointing.

Clean

Location This hotel was gross and grimy. The carpets in the room were so dirty. My children’s feet and socks were filthy after walking in the room for less than 5 minutes. The AC wasn’t working properly in the first room.
