Conveniently located next to the airport with shuttle service. But the property has musty smell due to high humidity. They should get rid of the carpet and install planks or something like that. Also perhaps to improve ventilation in the shower to reduce the humidity. We felt like even the paper towels were kind of humid.

Clean and safe for solo traveler. Airport shuttle was on time and quick even for very early flight. I would stay here again for RDU travels.

Very comfortable and loved the complementary shuttle to the airport as early as 4:30 AM!

Good Hotel for the price, clean and close to the airport.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The whole property smelled like a house where people had been smoking for years. Ice machine was broken. Elevator broken. When I complained about the smell of smoke one of the men at the counter, said he didn’t smell it. Smokers don’t smell that kind of stuff. And if you’re around it all day, you don’t smell it.

Great place to stay for a couple of days. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was nice and clean. Had a problem getting the button pulled up to get the shower to work, but finally got it working after some twisting and pulling to get it loosened up. Very close to the airport so there was some noise from planes flying in and out, but not a problem. The roof in the hallways leaked a couple doors down and when we left on our first day, the carpet was soaked and the ceiling tiles were partially in the floor, but things happen and I'm sure they will get it fixed.

I only stayed one night. The bed and pillows were comfortable.They provided complimentary transportation to the airport, and allow leaving your vehicles while on travel. Very convenient and exactly what I needed during my travel. I

Bed was comfortable. Had issue with toilet but was fixed in 5 minutes. Only issue was noise from adjoining room made it hard to fall asleep

Clean room. Perfect hotel to stay at when you need a short stay near RDU.

Staff was kind and helpful. We came in late and left early.

Booked because it said “free shuttle from the airport”. They should let you know that next to this major airport the free shuttle ends at 11pm even though planes land well after that. It is 5mn from the airport and $17 Uber to get there. I would have picked another hotel. They do start at 4:30am so it does not make sense. Property is clean but dated. Staff is courteous.

The property was clean, comfortable and a convenient location to restaurants, gas station and airport. Highly recommend.

Not a bad stay. Room was clean, which was a huge plus and important factor! AC in room was not efficient in 95 degree weather. No vent in bathroom, which made it very uncomfortable drying off and cooling down. The pool area was very nice, but they closed the pool on a very hot Saturday afternoon because there could be storms. It was sunny and hot and they said that maintenance was not going to reopen it. It was obvious they were using the weather as an excuse to not have to open it. It didn’t rain until 10 pm. We did see several very large dead bugs in the hall. The spray they use in the hallways is an overpowering fragrance that gave us a headache instantly. Our daughter is going to NC State, so good location to the school, but we will try another hotel for move in day. Parking fee and no free breakfast was a turn off.
