La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Raleigh Durham Intl AP

My flight was delayed over 5 times and then cancelled after I was waiting for 5 hours at RDU . Upon calling their shuttle was out of service but they still sent me an uber for pick up . They extended my check out time being I don’t have a flight till 10pm and they were absolutely so gracious and kind . They allowed me to hang out in the lobby and have my lunch and watch tv till I was ready to go . Truly 10/10 customer service and was SO CLEAN . A horrendous 32 hour layover and they completely helped turn it around for me . Thank you to the front desk Sasha whom checked me in & also to the young lady with curly hair and glasses that I didn’t get a name in the morning . I truly appreciate it all .

The stay was unpleasant- the entire building smelled like weed, fire alarm went off 3 times in one night, the bathtub was cracked and poorly repaired, water pressure was low, and to top it all off there were ants throughout our room.

Tub and shower are outdated & tub was literally peeling on the bottom. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good.

Great stay, reasonable prices.

It was a nice room

The room was clean but the tub needed to be repaired from a cut across the bottom. This hotel is not maintained very well especially the main floor was dirty. Repairs are patchy throughout the property.

Smelled like Marijuana in lobby and rep was kinda rude. Room was hot and ac turned off. When I asked why was the ac off, she responded with they do that sometimes. Pretty sure she was high too

Late checkin after flight delay. Room floor had dog feces from prior guest. Be helpful for early morning departure to put out some fruit and breakfast bars.

Mold on bathroom ceiling. No t coffee cup top.

The pool was completely green, a few times towels would be stacked up in hallways, hotel smelled of marijuana. Door wouldn’t work with key card so had to walk through lobby at 11pm at night. When I addressed the issue the employee looked at me like i was crazy and was rude. Mumbled that she’s tired dealing with the complaining. The pool is one or the amenities and during the summer my kid would want to swim but couldn’t.

Pool had algae all in it and is left sitting unmaintained. Bathtub had rust and mold. Toilet made a god-awful roaring sound when flushed. Needed ice and ice machine on first floor was out of order. Went to second floor… also not working. Was finally able to get ice on the third floor. Room had dust and debris around corners of room and a grocery bag behind of tv stand that was left from a previous stay. Which tells me it’s not well cleaned. This is the first negative review I’ve left on hotels.com but it’s a well earned negative review. As we were leaving ice area on first floor was flooding from the ceiling and they’d put down a bucket and area around it was still getting soaked.

The bathroom didn't have electricity, so I couldn't use the hair dryer. There wasn't a trash can in the room either. Also, I think there were fleas in the bed because my legs got bitten a lot, so it wasn't very comfortable.

The staff and room were excellent. They provided us with a second parking pass at no charge on a monents notice. The wifi was difficult to connect to, multiple ice machines were out of order, but everything else was better than expected for the price. We would stay again without hesitation.

Clean room except I did find black spots in the bathtub along the tile line that looked like hard water or mold. Otherwise clean. Love the towel service at the pool. Didn’t use the gym. The breakfast was good - loved the variety of option.
