Im a Army service member, im not peak at all, but this place is disrespectful, nasty….I reserved a king room, they sent me to 107 when i got there there was mold and rust on the bathtub, I complained then the lady sent me to 105 which the toilet was not flushing, it was broken, then they sent me to a queen bedroom on the 4th floor, the elevator was super old, no cameras, the 428 room was dripping water from the toilet, there was pee on the side of the toilet, the floor towel was wet, things were working on minimum level, I’ll never go back to that place, also the pool was closed, the ice machine on the first floor not working, the staff on the day that I checked in was not friendly at all, she didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, the food was horrible, no fruits available, the coffee tasted like muddy water, the eggs were watered, the pancakes mix was not thick, it was a terrible choice, I do not recommend anyone to go there, I should have gotten the other hotel across the street… and it’s not walkable at all.

Clean Pool unavailable

The pool was closed due to lack of inspection. It was not advertised online when I booked that it was closed. The property was not in the best condition or the cleanest. I booked a king room and was given 2 queen beds instead. I was told they were out of king rooms when I arrived but was allowed to book it online.

Convenient Carpet at bathroom door missing and tacks sticking up. Sharp objects.

The place was nice, the room had recently been worked on (refurbished) and the phone was disconnected as well as other small issues that they are hopefully going to finish in the very near future. The complaint I have is thst they list an airport shuttle as one of the amenities...which they have. What they don't tell you is that it doesn't run until 4:00 AM. If you need to be at the airport before 4:15 AM, don't do like I did and book this place to save the Uber drive because you will still need to do that.

The front desk staff are so sweet and amazing! The property itself leaves a lot to be desired. I've stayed at quite a few Wyndam hotels this year, and a La Quinta in Bloomington, IN recently, it was so clean and up to date. Parking was okay, they give you a parking pass for your stay. We didn't bother with breakfast. The carpets at this hotel need to be shampooed or replaced desperately. My feet were so dirty walking around the room I had to clean them and put on my sandals. Should've known that by the walk up to to the dirty elevator. The bed is hard as a rock, but pillows are perfect. If they would replace the carpets, and clean well, it could definitely be a 4 or 5 star hotel. Will definitely be choosing a different hotel when we're back in town.

The hotel itself was good, but what made it great was the parking and airport service. I parked my car for $10/ day. Free shuttle to the airport. When I returned, called the hotel to come pick me up. They didn’t have a shuttle available, so they immediately ordered me an Uber, told me where to go and within 15 minutes, I was back at my car. I will always stay here for pre-flight nights from now on!

The location. Front desk service was not helpful. Hotel doesn’t state that pool was closed. I was there in April 2026 and the pool resembled a pond. Very disappointed that it wasn’t open yet 2 months later. Hotel and room were not clean. I will not be staying there again!

It was ok We had ants in our room

Had an overnight stay. Room was clean, bed was comfy and breakfast in the morning was good. They offered stand breakfast which wasn’t bad. Staff was very kind. Airport shuttle is an amenity which is a plus. Would definitely stay again.

The bath mat on the tub is lifting and there appears to be black mold present under and possibly on top. Also in the corner of the shower. Something had been removed from the tub surround, possibly a soap dish however the area was not cleaned. Looks like black mold around the edges. The door to the bathroom needs serious attention. It’s disgusting looking filthy.

Carpet is filthy! I walked in clean socks (always do in hotels) and the bottom of them were brown. The room was clean, but the overall maintenance and up keep is poor. Front desk staff friendly. Breakfast was just okay.

The location was convenient and the room was as described. The pool was not open as described.
