Strong cigarette smell

The room keys didn't work well, staffs had to re-activated the keys.

The room was not very clean and outdated

Everyone like the property and breakfast. Stuff is soo supportive

It had stains on bath towels and sheets. Mold on ceiling of bathroom. The property had random people just hanging out in front of the hotel. Not a good overall experience, the staff was nice

Hotel room had “wood” floors that were sticky. There was moveable furniture that they didn’t clean underneath. Toilet had missing parts (cover to screws attaching the lid)

It's dated... an old airport hotel, but it got the job done. Wouldn't stay there again... better options nearby, but the price was good.

It was very late when I had to book my stay there because of a storm and my son’s plane being late the front desk was very helpful and making sure that I knew to call and everything for my son shuttle. The room was very clean and the pillows were comfortable. It was a very good price for the room and the front desk service was phenomenal. I think I showed up for my day at 9:20 PM and he helped me get in my room fast and I was good to go.

Only stayed one night and took shuttle to RDU. Bed was comfortable and and AC worked great.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the best features was the airport shuttle—it was convenient, reliable, and made getting to and from the airport completely stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel with excellent airport transportation.

The staff was super friendly at this location. the rooms was very clean. they serve breakfast from 6:00 to 9:00 a.m. this is always a hotel that I stay at when I need to be in Raleigh.
