There is a musty smell, almost like cigarette smoke, in the lobby and hallways. Didn't seem to smell in the rooms. Rooms are outdated but functional. The best feature is the location, right near airport, interstate and restaurants. But it seems there are nicer hotels nearby.

Room was clean. We only spent a few hours here to sleep. Definitely wouldn’t want to stay any longer than that. Shuttles were fast and efficient. Driver was really nice.

It was close to the airport The evening staff was rude. Towels in the bathroom with holes and thin enough to see through. Vending machines were empty, with all products behind the check in counter. No signage posted

I booked two separate stays here at the same time, thinking it would just be easier on both ends of our trip. Bad idea. It was too late to cancel the second stay on our trip home. I was tempted to just pay for the second night and go to a different hotel and pay again so I didn't have to stay here twice, but we decided that it was "just one night" and we'd likely survive it. We'll remember this hotel - and never book it again. FWIW, we love Waffle House, too, and as it turns out, the one near this hotel has a bad reputation, too, unfortunately, which we experienced as well. What did we learn? Saving a few bucks on vacation wasn't worth it. Not when your memories of the trip include places like the "Quality" Inn.

Overall - not friendly - not clean - not updated - no amenities - no pool - - - no reason to ever stay there again. Mid-westerners not particularly welcome.

For the money it was great, they even give you a Continental Breakfast.
