Amazing, friendly staff, clean room.

The property was ok, however I didn’t have big expectations either, as it’s not a 5 star. The first room we were assigned did have a roach, not a water bug but an actual roach. As soon as we turned the light on in the room it ran across the counter. I understand people bring these type of bugs with them and we were promptly moved to a different room. One staff member was a bit irritate during breakfast as she cursed loudly upset that guest didn’t push their chairs in after leaving the tables, I mean that’s her job. I also dislike the way they distribute towels, as I like to change my towels daily, it became a hassle to call every day to get new towels. Every room should be offered new towels everyday. Breakfast was ok, overall it wasn’t bad but of course could use some improvements.

had a mini kitchen in it had plenty of room it's probably good for a family traveling I would imagine but it was just myself for a short-term, had a TV in the bedroom as well as the living room and had a swimming pool outside outdoor, breakfast was fine The staff was friendly and nice.

Upon arrival the hotel staff was super friendly, even a lady that walked in to talk to the staff greeted me. The hotel was very clean, even the hallways and elevators. A rarity in this area. We have stayed at 5 RDU hotels and the past month and this is the ONLY one I would return to. The breakfast was fresh and even the breakfast lady smiled and greeted us. I felt like royalty at Sonesta ES Suites.

I’ve stayed here twice and both times it’s clean and the staff is very helpful.

Rooms were dated stained carpets and linen the pool was very uninviting breakfast was gross other hotel guest were loud very sketchy place I’m glad it was just one night

Property exterior is extremely run down and covered in wet plant matter. The pathways between buildings are extremely uneven and dangerous. And the elevators in our building were all broken, despite it being one of the buildings supposedly with an accessible entrance (not that anyone with mobility issues could even safely get to the building). Kitchen was fine, bed was fine, bathroom was clean. Lighting in room was very poor.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient.

Well, this is an excellent hotel and it was clean, the sofa in our unit had a ripped armrest where the foam was sticking out. When we arrived a pipe had broken and we could not get in until it was fixed. There was no real delay, however, but we did check in just after check-in time. Always taken care of.

Property and staff were great. Breakfast was sadly lacking. Many items depleted.

I liked that there were 2 bathrooms in our room. The breakfast was good, but the staff tending to breakfast weren’t very friendly at all.

We have never stayed at this brand before and we will stay again. Friendly staff, decent breakfast, the room was great! We got a 2 bedroom mini condo style room and it was perfect for our family of 5 for our weekend away.

It also seems that fixing a main door access should have been resolved over the nine days we were there. Again, it is the welcoming staff that keeps us coming back.
