had a mini kitchen in it had plenty of room it's probably good for a family traveling I would imagine but it was just myself for a short-term, had a TV in the bedroom as well as the living room and had a swimming pool outside outdoor, breakfast was fine The staff was friendly and nice.

Upon arrival the hotel staff was super friendly, even a lady that walked in to talk to the staff greeted me. The hotel was very clean, even the hallways and elevators. A rarity in this area. We have stayed at 5 RDU hotels and the past month and this is the ONLY one I would return to. The breakfast was fresh and even the breakfast lady smiled and greeted us. I felt like royalty at Sonesta ES Suites.

I’ve stayed here twice and both times it’s clean and the staff is very helpful.

The size of the rooms is great. The amenities are top notch There were a lot of long term residents which was a little annoying.

Rooms were dated stained carpets and linen the pool was very uninviting breakfast was gross other hotel guest were loud very sketchy place I’m glad it was just one night

The room was nice and spacious. The kitchenette was a nice addition. The breakfast was okay but not great. The pancake machine was not working and one day some of the breakfast items were removed before ending time.

Property exterior is extremely run down and covered in wet plant matter. The pathways between buildings are extremely uneven and dangerous. And the elevators in our building were all broken, despite it being one of the buildings supposedly with an accessible entrance (not that anyone with mobility issues could even safely get to the building). Kitchen was fine, bed was fine, bathroom was clean. Lighting in room was very poor.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient.

Breakfast was ok but the women standing there was so loud and acted like a gatekeeper than of any help. My AC stopped working, my room didn't have toiletries, it wasn't clean, exhaust wasn't working, pillows were horrible and on top of all of this wifi would turn off and on when it wanted to.

The desk clerk and the kitchen staff, with Dominique leading the way, were professional and so friendly. If requests were made, she quickly responded, as did other members of the staff.

Large, clean, nicely set up for a suite. Good value. Not adequately warned about the $250 security deposit. I was told it is mentioned on the Booking site but I didn't see it. Otherwise all was great.

Well, this is an excellent hotel and it was clean, the sofa in our unit had a ripped armrest where the foam was sticking out. When we arrived a pipe had broken and we could not get in until it was fixed. There was no real delay, however, but we did check in just after check-in time. Always taken care of.

I like the size of the rooms. Reached out to find out if they charged for pets. Never heard back. Check-in was extremely late 4:00 pm whereas most places are at 12:00 - no later than 3:00. Desk clerk said he would call if room became available sooner, but if not, it would be ready by 4:00 pm. I also asked about the pet fee. He apologized no one returned my call or reached back through Booking.com but stated it was $85. I told him I would have my daughter come get the pet but he stated if I go in the room with the pet, even briefly, as I waited for her to come, he was going to charge me. When 4:00 arrived, I came back and the room was not ready. I waited another hour and room still was not ready. The desk clerk was snapping that they had only a few maids and people needed to understand that. As if their lack of help was the customers fault. Finally got in my room at 6:30 pm. Had to pay the fee, even though no communication was provided prior to. Another customer complained about the same issue. Reached out to BK’ing to see if they could resolve the pet issue - no response.
