Tru by Hilton Raleigh Durham Airport

Everything was fine except parking if you go out at night be expected to park in the grass. Breakfast is just blah giving that it is free a little love still could be added. Other than that everything else was fine.

Clean room helpful staff

Excelente servicio

The place is very basic.

Super conveniently located near the airport. Clean and well-maintained with super friendly staff.

But the bedspread situation was SOOO lame. It was the cheapest of cheap material - that I did not want next to my skin - either the top or the bottom. And there was no sheet to go in between and I didn't know if that was a mistake or the new trend of "duvet only". (Admittedly, I didn't call the front desk to see about getting a sheet as I was prioritizing getting to be ).

Carpets and furniture were updated and clean. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of parking. Shuttle to the airport was on time and driver was very friendly.

Close to the airport but isolated. No airport shuttle before 5am I think so had to get an uber to the airport but it was aware of this when booking. Food options are limited, specially when tired after a long flight.

Located in a good spot not a lot of driving to get to where you want to go Parking

Everything was great except the bed cover. Too small. Also wallpaper pealing in bathroom

We only stayed the night to sleep and shower, and had one small roller suitcase so it was perfect for the price they offered. Breakfast area, shower room, and the room we stayed were all very clean, safe and comfortable. Definitely will use again.

Great stay! Clean facility and great location between Raleigh and Durham!

Pillows are not the best

The room was very clean.

Perfect

The place was clean but I next level upset with the fact that I paid for a room in advance that they over booked and gave to someone else then downgraded me with absolutely no credit or adjustments to my bill. Then I was constantly interrupted with this inconvenience being explained to me by the receptionist constantly answering phone calls in the middle of checking me in. Then there were absolutely no parking spots available I had to make a parking spot far back into the grass further away from the facility. The WiFi signal was so low it was nonexistent but the Air worked properly and the breakfast was good. Very unsatisfied as a Hilton honor member and this facility may go on my “do not return” list

Clean rooms.

Had a great stay that was last minute

I called from RDU and the shuttle was there in under 10 minutes!

Very good experience
