Hyatt Place Raleigh-Durham Airport

The service was subpar. I was able to get a late check out, which was great. However, I was interrupted by housekeeping a couple times despite me telling housekeeping myself about my late check out. Communication with staff was less than expected, for example, there was no caffeinated coffee packs in my room, I asked for it, was told I would be brought some, which never happened. Snacks were very overpriced (over $3.50 for a granola bar).

It was hot. The air conditioner did not do its job to keep the room cool.

Room was nice and clean. The front desk clerk was nice,patient and helpful.

They had overbooked the property so when we got there at 11 PM they had given away our two queen suite. The manager was very apologetic and offered us a separate King room at no cost. We decided just to use the hide-a-bed and stick with one room though. The breakfast area was a complete mess with unwashed tables and less than satisfactory food. Their continental breakfast could definitely use some improvement. Their shuttle was broke down so I had to keep a rental vehicle for another day so that I could get ourselves too the airport. The staff throughout the hotel are very kind and accommodating. They just need to watch their bookings closer, upgrade their breakfast area and food and provide adequate transportation for shuttling, since that is a large reason we stayed there.

This is a must stay when flying through Raleigh!

Nice stay

The staff was very nice and the room was very clean. The rooms were just a little bit dated but not too much for you to really care about it. The breakfast was fine but could have been better just by restocking syrup and coffee when they ran out. The staff did seem very stressed and overwhelmed at times but you could tell they were really trying to accomodate to each guests needs!

The door to the room stop working. Had to get another room an wait for someone to open the door. A lot of running around

Loud ac window unit. No one at the front desk when walking in to check in. Breakfast was lackluster. Fair price for one night stay

I liked that is nearvthe airport and the amenities were great. Very clean.

Unusual to not have a microwave in the room but other than that excellent

Bathroom had a broken handle bar and the television didn't allow easy access to streaming like netflix or amazon prime or youtube, I think it required creating an account of some sort for access to watch these platforms. Wish there was an extra foldable tv table that i can use while eating, maybe store inside the closet and put a water dispenser, so I dont need to go all the way down 1st floor tonl refill my water flask. Overall, solid experience. I enjoyed each day i stayed at the hyatt. Thanks for making me feel welcome!

Big rooms, average hotel. Air-conditioning wasn't cold.

Being close to the airport

Room smelled like pet urine and there was a dead roach on carpet next to bed. Feel like pictures were misleading and it is much more run down than portrayed. Location was good. Otherwise wouldn’t recommend.
