This is an excellent hotel. The staff, amenities, rooms and breakfast were all exceptional.

Bed was comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was good. The carpets need stains shampooed in the hallways, the front desk staff was not friendly nor welcoming, the view of the freeway was awful (we even asked to be moved).

It is the most modern hotel in the area. It is quiet and less busy. I was asked to pay extra $20 when I told them I needed 2 queen beds. I never had to do this with any hotels before but the amount is small so it was ok.

Our room was disgusting. It reeked of dog pee, and the only correction made was a can of febreeze. We also experienced slippery wet tile floors in common areas, Unfriendly staff

We stayed for one night and it was a nice newer Hamilton Inn. The beds weren’t the most comfortable I have had in other Hampton Inn and they need new pillows. I was a little disappointed when we didn’t have enough towels and the tub was not clean and the soap had run out. But all in all it was a good stay and the staff is friendly, you can walk to the beach and it’s close to the coast where there are restaurants and cute shops.

This property was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The humidity in the pool area is a bit of an issue, but it’s one of the few heated pools in the area, which is nice. Overall, even though it’s a drive to the Embarcadero, it’s worth the yummy breakfast and amenities. Dog friendly as well!
