The guy in the office is so helpful and welcoming. the man maid ( love it). Does an amazing job. I think I have found my fav place to stay in Morro Bay, and it's walking distance to the rock.

Great value for price. It’s a spot to stay, not close to the center of town, but we got an uber. It is very close to the beach.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I was planning a spontaneous getaway and upon arrival the pictures on the website do not look the same as in person we got automatically bamboozled it basically gave as if we were staying at a motel 6. Dirty walls ,dirty floors, dirty head board , dirty furniture, Hairs everywhere!!! MOLD on the sides of the tub . Nothing was dusted everything had a hair on it and dust as if they haven’t cleaned for a while We couldn’t even sleep under the blankets because there was hair all over them good thing we had two toddler blankets and that got us through the night . There was no way to even step barefooted on the carpet because of how disgusting it was. The pictures are so misleading please take this from me don’t waste ur money on this place .

We had a relaxing night there on a comfortable king bed. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony. Staff was friendly. Will definitely stay there next time we're in town.

Check in was easy as it was pre-paid. Upon surviving the room, the front door had a large amount of “scratches” on the interior. I notified the manager so I wouldn’t be held responsible. He said he was aware and had purchased the property 6 months earlier. Stated that he was in process of upgrading the property. He stated he was the “only” person that cleaned the rooms and managed the property. In the bathroom, there was a “dirty dust rag” left behind on the vanity. When I went use the hair dryer in the morning, it did not work. Wet hair is a pet peeve of mine so my day started out uncomfortable. The bed was comfortable although the fitted sheet didn’t appear to fit.

Nice people! Always available. I left some jewelry and they found it and held it for me. Thank you.

Ewexcellent value for money, very clean, recently innovated, very large rooms. A huge beach is within walking distance, it one choses to drive to save walking time, there is llenty of parking

Please stay elsewhere!! Room pictures on line look nothing like actual room. So depressing. Walls need to be painted. Hole in bathroom door. Carpets stained and filthy. Had to wear shoes in room.

The hotel is under new management, they are very nice and accommodating. We have stayed in the past and this time the room felt cleaner than in the past. We will definitely be back :)

Unfortunately the gentleman who worked the front desk was never at the desk had to wait for him come frim his room to check in, was rude at checkout. A/C units didn't keep the room cool. Room was very clean and spacious
