Masterpiece Hotel

Our room was large and clean. The staff was helpful, and I loved all the amazing artists that were featured in the pictures on the walls in the hallway. I loved the style of the hotel. I really liked the turrets and castle -like appearance on the outside.

The room and the property were clean. There were sparse amenities, No AC and no apparent heating for cold weather. The room was large but the furniture was old and rather uncomfortable. The breakfast was minimal as in most hotels with free breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was expensive for what this hotel offered.

Everything was very nice. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Clean rooms, good beds. It's hard to tell from the pictures but you are very close to the harbor. Free breakfast is limited, some fruit, oatmeal and breakfast rolls with egg, cheese and meat. No way to heat anything up other than your room microwave. Parking is free but tight. There are parking spots on the street next to the hotel if you come in late. Would I stay again? Yes.

Cleanliness and friendly staff

Really lovely hotel in a great location. Breakfast was included and there was ample parking.

We took a peek at the very large hot tub which looked welcoming and well-maintained. Unfortunately we didn't have time to partake. Overall, a great stay. We will be back!

Love our room, got the view of the Morro rock right outside our balcony door, the breakfast sandwiches are delicious, great check in process.

The hotel was beautiful the staff was super nice. Breakfast was simple but good. The hot tub was amazing. The room is spacious my only complaint was there is no ac and the room is a little warmer than I perfer

I think my only suggestion is the carpet is very dated and makes things feel a little yucky.

The penthouse suite is gorgeous. I loved the soaking tub, the easy-to-use fireplace, the balcony and the many windows letting in the sunlight. Just be aware that there is no elevator and you will have to lug your luggage up to the 3rd floor or ask for assistance. It was quiet, and relaxing. I loved that the room was circular. Very modern vibe with the beautiful art on the walls. The hotel is near Morro Rock. I would recommend this establishment.

This was by far the better venue. Better room Better value Didn’t have quite the views from windows but far more comfortable Location is good as it close enough without having noise issues Big thanks to lovely Madison on reception oh so helpful Breakfast very average but having a laundry made up for it

Breakfast better

Parking is a problem as they do not have enough parking places for all guests and nearby street has no side walk and is dark…. Based on a previous visit. This time I parked early in the day and drove with someone else. When so came back at 8:00 pm… the lot was full. Anyone who came later would not have a spot.

We loved staying here. It made us want to return to Moro Bay now that we found a wonderful place to stay when we visit.

Maybe cold cereal? Just need more
