asked for 3 of the 4 rooms next to each other and they had no issue doing it. Asked for 4th room on bottom floor close to the street and they accommodated that as well. Overall, a very pleasant experience with the staff and the quietness of the hotel. Definitely will stay there again. There was nothing I could find wrong with the place. Very clean. Very quiet. Very comfortable.

LOcation and proximity to food establishments and the Morro Bay Marina No gym.... room key kept demagnetizing and needed to go to office each day to get it reset

The location was very good, only a few short blocks walking down the hill to the harbor area. The property was clean and overall looked in good shape. Our room was clean. I did not hear any neighbor noises adjacent or below even though the property seemed full. Wifi worked great. There was a restaurant only one block behind the property where we had breakfast, which was very convenient. Overall, met my needs for a one night stay. One issue we had was the mattress was sitting on top of some type of metal pedestal that made a fairly loud "oil canning" sound if you moved on certain parts of the mattress. The toilet seat was loose on one side, and could not be tightened, even after some effort. These items were reported to the front desk when we checked out. Note that the bath tub could only be used as a shower. There was no tub spigot installed. Large empty lot across the street not too scenic. The taco shop down the street was closed on Sundays.

The property felt very clean and the man at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. The beds are VERY firm and are sitting on a solid medal frame that was pretty uncomfortable. The flooring was uneven and had pieces of wood sticking up as you walked around. There were signs everywhere that said it was a non smoking property, but there were people sitting in the middle of the walkway smoking almost every time we walked by (not just cigarettes).

The location is good. It's a busy street during the day, but it was quiet at night. We asked for 2 queens and were pleasantly surprised that one queen was in the main room, and the other was adjoined in a "bedroom". Since my husband and I were traveling with our daughter, this allowed us all a little privacy. The room was clean, it didn't feel damp like many motel by the bay can feel. The bathroom space was big, larger size fridge (with freezer space) and a microwave. Something other hotels we've stayed at didn't have. Beds were cozy, AC worked well, window dressings were cute (one shade had the Morro Rock, one had a dolphin scene). TV was big, lots of channels. To be honest, we've stayed at a lot of places in MB, and this was our favorite. The only thing was that the parking lot was small and the spaces were tight. Everything is walking distance in town though, so it didn't really impact us as we just kept our car parked.

The price was a little higher than I normally pay but I didn't realize there was so much going on over in that side of town but I needed a break from where I was and the Heat so I paid it

Parking very tight overall ok

I liked the upgrades. Its right in main street by 4 way stop, this made it a busy area and noisy. I didn't like the bed. It was squeaky and made a thump sound when moving around.

Check in was quick and easy, the gentlemen at the front was very welcoming. The hotel was in the perfect location with a restaurant next door. The rooms were nice and clean. I would definitely stay there again!

Bathroom light was not working. A little noises street

Location and view! Nothing

The motet was moderately priced and located close to the wharf, restaurants, and shopping. There was a lot of traffic noise .

I love the location. Quick walk down the hill to get to Embarcadero. Awe almost walked all the way to the beach. You could even walk to Albertsons if you really needed to. Everything about the property was wonderful. My only issue was that many of the guest we’re driving big work trucks, and it was hard to get out of the parking lot. But the times that they weren’t there. Everything was still perfect.

Friendly staff, spacious room, (no musty odors!) and convenient parking. Traffic noise and loud, late arrival of other guests - disruptive, loud voices during wee small hours.

Not bad for price. I stayed here before and see it has been remodeled.

Good location, convenient for everything. One drawback: no hair blower when trying to get dry hair at the end of the day.

Proximity to the beach. Its quite.
