Parking, decent clean safe room

Horrible experience. The room was very small and uncomfortable. The room felt poorly maintained and not very clean. It looked much better in the pictures online. Very disappointing stay.

Do not get a downstairs room. Every time I have, it has been too noisy by upstairs guests to even sleep.

Great place to stay. Nothing fancy but it does the the job well.

The bed seemed like it did not belong, making the room very small. The A/C did not keep it cool, and it made noise like it was on its last leg. I was disappointed to not find bath soap or shampoo. I had to door dash some. Maybe they do not come with it and I did not read fine print, not sure. But when you pay $250 a night for a place, 2 star hotel or not, you would think it would come with those. Every other hotel in Morro does including 2 star hotels. We stayed here over 25 years ago, bad experience. I said I would never stay again. But our friend told us about the renevations. So we thought we would try again. But sadly I will not stay again

The room was fairly clean besides the bedsheet which was probably stained but well cleaned. The fridge didn’t work or I just didn’t know how to turn it back on. Awesome stay though! Definitely surpassed my expectations.

Run down motel, booked out of desperation, otherwise add $50 more per nigh somewhere else.

Clean Room and staff was very friendly

The location was nice, and the guy at the front desk was friendly This is twice now that ive stayed at this hotel, once before the summer and once in the summer. The cleaning staff you can tell is doing the bare minimum, but when theres dirt caked up the in the corners, shower walls still have dirty marks, behind the toilet dirty as well. I understand the price of the motel comes a lot from the location but if im paying almost 300$ for two nights at a motel 6 I would've liked it to be much cleaner. In the future I will not be booking this motel again.

It was a decent stay. Bed wasn't the most comfortable, but cant complain good spot to rest and leave the next day.

They had people playing baseball that was cool to watch Rooms to small,one bed was too close to a/c,the a/c made a loud noise. The front desk clerk when we checked in was rude i think her name was Liz. Also she wanted to know the names of the people staying in the room

Everything about this hotel was horrible.

It was dirty the outlets didn’t even work the beds were pushed up against the ac the rooms were small not a great experience Nothing

Over all this place has gone in the tank since new owners. I will never stay here again. My room should have came with a fridge and when asked about it, I was told you didn't get the right room. I asked to upgrade and was told no!! They have gang members living there and their pitbulls.

If you love Morro Bay & just need a room to sleep & shower...this will suffice! The gal at the desk was great! She needs a raise!

I like the location of this motel, we are able to walk to town if we wanted and it is also walking distance to the beach The phone didn’t work in the room had to go to front desk to ask for an iron and ironing board. They handed it to me so I had to take it to my room not an issue for me but if it was someone older they may need help with that.
