Cute little inn. The staff was very friendly.

Staff was kind and courteous. I will be back.

Our bathroom had a whole bunch of tile cracked and loose around the toilet to where they would bounce up when you walked on them. It obviously had been broken for a long time. The room next to us had really loud people talking with their door open right next to the office.

This places filthy and has no AC. A fan was provided and was full of dust bunny’s which is people’s dead skin and it was blowing the all around room into my mouth and up my nostrils
-
Staff was nice, room was a decent size, wasn’t aware of no AC in room ,BUT the weather was perfect and room felt amazing. seems they are doing construction on rooms so we could hear them early morning other than that property was quiet! Overall great stay
-
Horrible staff wasn't available didn't have ac
-
Had no hot water my entire stay
-
Very considerate staff of request. And very nice and clean rooms. Definitely will be back

Under construction, so woke up to banging. Not too bad. It was the disruptive and very LOUD guests until 1230 am that gave this stay only 3 stars. Staff was beyond nice and attentive. Hopefully next time a higher caliber of guests will be staying there. I would like to come back as the room size was perfect and location was great.

I was very impressed with this up and coming motel! Great amenities, great views of Morro Rock, and the perfect place to watch the sunset! The office staff were extremely helpful and went above beyond to help me! This motel is centrally located to lots of great food and Morro Bay! (Hey guys! I got an A on my term paper, thanks for helping me out of a pickle!)

Non professional interior and exterior painting. It looks like upgrades are commencing. I hope upgrades are completed soon for the sake of future guests 😎

The room I reserved was supposed to be a big room with a fireplace and we didn’t get that

This small coastal motel is across from morro beach, the hwy is between you and the actual beach. The staff was super nice and friendly. The room was older but fine. The mattresses were new and the linens good. This place was perfect for me.

I feel Catfished, the rooms that are represented on the site are far different looking then what they truly are. Couldn’t get the TV to work, no where to hang towels in bathroom, let falling on the floor. Just not an overall good place to stay for the money.
-
Cute and clean motel just a few minutes’ drive from the beach. Some remodeling and updating is being done on some rooms.
-
The room was very clean. The only thing the shower curtain was to short but the manager said since they were barely remodeling they hadn’t received the correct curtain size.

This was a cute place to stay for the 3 nights we were visiting, the rooms were small, but it was perfect for our mini vacation. And we were not there to just stay in our room the whole time. The place is under new ownership and they are redoing everything, even using one of the smallest rooms to make a coffee/tea area, where it will have the ice machine, microwave and will have a restroom. Our room was a little dusty, needed a wipe down from the construction, the beds/bedding were all new, new paint, shower was great, nice water pressure, took a while to get hot water but they told me all the plumbing will be replaced soon with new hot water tank for the side we were on (the other side had already been done) the bed was comfortable for myself, the honey said it was a little soft for her liking but slept good, they installed new ceiling fans, which was nice. the rooms were very insulated because we never heard the neighbors, the parking is kind of tight if you got there too late. I would definitely recommend this place, and we will stay there again when in that area ..

Parking could be tight but its right on the highway 1 so very convenient location for exploring pacific coast.
