Inn at Rose's Landing

Great location, comfortable, clean rooms. They have free toiletries upstairs and free water/sparkling water/ coffee downstairs. The free bottle of wine and chocolates are a nice touch too. The man working the desk was very friendly and accommodating. I loved being able to hear the sea lions at night. The TV was impossible to navigate! It also would’ve been nice to have a microwave in our room and not just the lobby that has limited hours.

Parking is the only issue as we were there for the car show. Otherwise, wouldn’t be a problem. Great place! Great Bar!!!

Exceptional location right on the waterfront. Great shower/water pressure and a very comfortable bed (although sheets didn’t fit properly so we were constantly fiddling with the bed). The patio was dirty, lots of bird poo on the furniture and deck with an overflowing rubbish bin. Apart from someone on the front desk when we checked in we didn’t see any staff. Didn’t feel like a luxury stay or experience, it’s expensive and not worth the $ in my opinion.

Nice rooms. Great robes. Comfy beds. Nice staff. The very small parking lot adjacent often didn’t seem to have spaces even for unloading.

The looks by the water, stores and restaurants was nice. Made everything walkable. The bed was comfortable and the open closet was nice to place our luggage in for extra space. There was just some cosmetic issues- scuffs on the walls and left over hair in the shower. The room was smaller than a thought but not a deal breaker. I was kinda weird that I barely saw the staff around and the front desk person was gone during check out time.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Inn at Rose’s Landing! The room was beautiful, spotless, and comfortable, and the waterfront location was perfect. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the thoughtful touches made our stay extra special. We also loved having the restaurant and bar right downstairs. A beautiful little gem in Morro Bay! We will definitely be back.

The staff was very friendly and the place clean and neat. Loved the fire pit area! Good location for anyone who wants to stay close to the harbor. And finally, absolutely loved that we got wine and chocolates with our room! We would definitely stay there again!
