The room itself was in poor condition. Several pieces of furniture were unstable, and some were broken, making the room feel neglected and poorly maintained. The toilet had a large rust stain in the bottom of the bowl that honestly looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and resembled something far worse at first glance. It was not a good first impression. The shower had almost no water pressure, making it difficult to get clean after a long day. To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit squeaked all night long like a mouse trapped inside it, making it hard to get any quality sleep. Overall, this property appears to need significant maintenance and better housekeeping standards. There are simply too many issues to overlook, especially for the price paid. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share an honest experience so others know what to expect. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend staying here and would choose a different hotel if I’m ever back in the area.

We stayed in a recently refurbished room it appears. There was a few rooms blocked off apparently in current repairs. The room was clean, however, did an aroma of cleaning fluids. All staff we encountered was very friendly and accommodating.

From check-in to check-out, the stay was pleasant. There were two particular team members that went above and beyond. The over night manager made sure we had extra towels and had our room wiped down one more time before we settled in. Another young man who was the morning porter helped us load our bags upon check-out and was kind to ask if there was anything else to make our visit comfortable. The overall experience was positive and for the location and pricing at the time, I would consider another stay here. The minor updates and HVAC work was challenging in the morning but we were out exploring the town most of our days. The overnight manager that was there when we would return and was always so nice to let us know if things were wrapping up or would always offer cold waters.

The staff jumped right on cleaning our room when we arrived and it hadnt been cleaned yet. We needed an extra blanket and they got it for us immediately. They dont have an ice machine but gave us some ice trays because we didn't have them in our room. I would stay again. Unfortunately there wasn't a blow dryer.

Location Reaches in the room. We told management and they were very upset because they said they spray weekly and were remorseful for our experience. Staff very friendly!

The staff was helpful, but upon entry there was a giant piece of missing drywall from a leak, not a good look, but overlooked that. I was put into a “premium” room that was allegedly remodeled, the only thing remodeled was the flooring, and a new bed frame added. The kitchen was old and rundown and was not equipped at all with kitchen goods. The room had an unpleasant odor and the bathroom had what appeared to be some sort of yellow mold on the ceiling around the fan. The kicker was the German cockroach I found crawling at night around the bathroom ceiling. The hallways are dingy and stale smelling, the elevator one evening reeked of someone who hadn’t bathed in weeks. The exterior was not well maintained and had some cigarette butts around the perimeter. Breakfast was muffins and coffee. Shabby overall, but the sign of a roach conveys a much deeper issue with cleanliness.

We had roaches in the room, horrible water pressure, the breakfast was not a great variety, and no ice machine. The air wasn’t cold.
