Sleep Inn Mt. Pleasant - Charleston

The hotel was clean and location was good. The front desk woman was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the attendant was so nice and did a wonderful job. We would stay here again

Nice basic no frills hotel. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean with tile floors, which I prefer over carpet. Every request was quickly answered. The breakfast buffet was disappointing.

The room was clean but the staff isn’t very good about communicating with customers. We had no tv for the first night and still no tv on the second so we had to leave. They didn’t communicate that this wasn’t just limited to the hotel and that they had people working on it. The hotel was clean but had a funny smell and didn’t try the breakfast and the pool was closed.

Nice staff, clean for the most oart, but had a terrible musty smell if the AC wasn't kept cranked up. Very impressed with the complimentary breakfast. They had hot food and cereal, yogurt, bagels, muffins, biscuits and gravy one day, eggs and potatoes another. Pleasantly surprised. We would stay there again. Very affordable price.

I had a great stay. Very clean hotel, the staff went out of their way to greet me, made some recommendations for local restaurants, always smiling, friendly and helpful. Great location as well, just below the Ravenel Bridge into Charleston.

Joseph in the breakfast area was amazing and we truly enjoyed meeting him!

For a lower priced hotel, Sleep Inn did a great job on the basics - comfy bed, decent breakfast, lots of pillows and towels, professional staff. We will be back.

Where it was located The bed sucked and was hard as a rock, the staff mehh, the paint in the shower of the room we stayed in was peeling off.

Location. Breakfast. Comfortable. Clean.

0 hot water, barely warm no matter the time of day or night. We spent an hour getting the leafs out of the pool. Pool water not treated. We have before and after pictures. Temperature still in the 90's. If pool was closed should have been posted.

Pet-friendly, the fee it is $30 for both of my dogs, very good deal! Very clean facility close to downtown Charleston and Isle of Palms. Breakfast included was good. Small bathroom.

The guy who checked us in was great. Service stuff was awesome.

Nothing This hotel allows people to book reservations throughbooking.com even when they live within 50 Mi and we'll wait until you show up to then tell you that they don't rent to people that are within 50 Mi. But in my specific case they even lied on top of that and apparently there's an option they're supposed to offer according to booking.com where I pay extra even though I'm local and it allows me to stay there. This was never offered to me. And as a result I was forced to sleep outside in my car with my wife and my infant child all night. I wouldn't stay here if it was the last hotel in the entire world.

Convenient location I reserved a king size bed and when I checked in only a double size room available.
