Hilton Garden Inn Charleston / Mt. Pleasant

The are fabulous, they were professional and very helpful. The overall cleanliness and attention to details to minor areas like corners, residue from soap or the hair of the previous guest was very evident. It also appear we are paying more for goods and services, but getting less.

Pool - Quiet & Clean Front desk staff was very helpful: Nikita & overnight male front desk Pool towels could be larger. We had to use QTY 2. WiFi was fast. Hot breakfast was very good. Chef and dining staff were personable and helpful.

Would love to come for another stay!

Everything Nothing

Everything was great. Breakfast is too expensive at $16 per person.

Good location. Clean. Easy check-in. My only complaint would be paying extra for parking and breakfast. They have a large parking lot to accommodate guests. Why are we paying to park? It was a short drive to downtown Charleston snd Isle of Palms from here.
