Shower had hair in it. Towel had hair stuck in it. AC was would turn off on its own. Was not the room I reserved. Floor had a dangerous trip hazard in the middle of the room. Floor was raised up.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel stay was top notch as usual. Breakfast could use some attention. Need to change up the menu everyday and food needs to be fresh. Items such as the sausage patties would be two different colors one morning and the egg omelets and biscuits were usually overcooked.

The property was a little older but clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room had a leaking AC unit that was causing a mess in the bathroom. They were unable to move us to another room since the hotel was at full capacity. The staff did supply us with additional towels to keep the water leak under control. The AC unit was taking long to cycle causing higher temperatures in the room while sleeping. The breakfast choices were adequate and the area was kept very clean.

Bed was fairly comfortable, water pressure was great, checkout was easy. They were out of makeup remover wipes and I needed one, so that would have been helpful. Otherwise, decent stay. Thanks!

The fan in the bathroom did not work, and the toilet had a very hard time flushing. We used a bottle of water each time we flushed to help it flush everything down. Housekeeping didn’t come at all during our two night stay. That was a bit surprising. Overall? I would stay again if I had to, but I would look for a better option.
