La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mt. Pleasant

I really would love to give this hotel less ratings, but the staff upfront was nice but the people that came through there it was a nightmare almost every night there was people running up and down the hallway screaming no one doing anything about it one time till 2:30 in the morning. I also had other issues, but the staff upfront was nice but when we got back, we realize our watch was stolen from that hotel. There’s a lot of riffraff going on there and I would not recommend this hotel! This is probably the first time I’ve ever gave a bad recommendation for any hotel ever!

There was dog crap at both entrance at check in at 245pm. I left the property at 630am same dog crap same place. Super gross....

I didn't stay at the hotel 😕 😪 the app took my money never again n the hotel said 😒 it's not there problem to transfer the room to another city.the worst no need to ever worry about me n my family.

It took forever for the room to cool down. There wasn’t a hair dryer in the bathroom. The beds were super comfy.

The room that was assigned smelled horrible and it went down from there it took several rooms to find one that didn't have me sick because of the smell from the original room # 200. I'm extremely disappointed with my stay especially because we were here to bury a love one.I will be contacting corporate office regarding this stay and disputing the charges that was put on my card.

Rooms were very clean and a great breakfast. Very dog friendly!

Bugs and flies in room. Hotel is very dated and the night attendant was rude. Said he would move me to the 2nd floor and when I asked if the room was ok, he replied ‘I don’t know’. I could not bring myself to stay there and asked if I could get a refund for my 2nd night. He said you have to call Expedia. Never going back. Beware!

The staff was polite and helpful, but not overly friendly. The property shows definite signs of wear and tear. There was trash on the floor in the breakfast area when we checked in - likely guests just not making sure their trash went in the trash can. We were there with family and they used the statement it was an ok hotel.

I stay the weekend for my family reunion when I came through building didn't smell to good because they let you bring your dogs but first night it was spider and webs I had my son to knock them down it also smell like pee in the room and restroom was worse I just sprayed air freshener I told staff at the desk they were very nice she told me to let her know I didn't I slept next morning I told front desk clerk she immediately put us in another room it was nice clean smell fresh carpets were fresh and we enjoyed ourselves everyday the breakfast was so good I will stay with there again it really was very nice only bad thing I put do not disturb on the door and the people still come in your room and take blankets and pillows but don't take the dirty towels but overall I didn't tell on them because I still had a great great stay I would definitely book with them again the customer service is very good

Nice clean and quite stay

I rush that you provide a smoking area in the back instead of in the front entrance. I didn’t like walking through smoke at the entrance.

Extremely disappointed with front counter at check in for giving my room away and arguing to get my room that was paid for and I even checked in around noon, but didn’t arrive till 5:30
