La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mt. Pleasant

The staff was polite and helpful, but not overly friendly. The property shows definite signs of wear and tear. There was trash on the floor in the breakfast area when we checked in - likely guests just not making sure their trash went in the trash can. We were there with family and they used the statement it was an ok hotel.

I stay the weekend for my family reunion when I came through building didn't smell to good because they let you bring your dogs but first night it was spider and webs I had my son to knock them down it also smell like pee in the room and restroom was worse I just sprayed air freshener I told staff at the desk they were very nice she told me to let her know I didn't I slept next morning I told front desk clerk she immediately put us in another room it was nice clean smell fresh carpets were fresh and we enjoyed ourselves everyday the breakfast was so good I will stay with there again it really was very nice only bad thing I put do not disturb on the door and the people still come in your room and take blankets and pillows but don't take the dirty towels but overall I didn't tell on them because I still had a great great stay I would definitely book with them again the customer service is very good

Nice clean and quite stay

I rush that you provide a smoking area in the back instead of in the front entrance. I didn’t like walking through smoke at the entrance.

Extremely disappointed with front counter at check in for giving my room away and arguing to get my room that was paid for and I even checked in around noon, but didn’t arrive till 5:30

Clean room breakfast staff hot tub. Just the pool I think to much chlorine it will hurt your eyes abit but overall great stay

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. The linens and towels were all clean and looked great. However, the property has a lot of wear and tear. The shower head was loose and spewed water in all directions. The paint is chipped and discolored everywhere on the property, and it has a very odd smell. And it was not a pleasant smell. The hotel has not been treated nicely and it has not be kept up and maintained well at all.

The hotel was well situated. The room appeared clean - but as we settled in for the night upon - the outlets didn’t work, there was unpainted spackle on the walls, the lamps were missing the tops to hold the shades on, pillows were lumpy cotton filling, and there was EXCESSIVE dog poop not picked up.

Amazing stay. But one of the staff was very rude to me and my husband.

On hall 200 party in the hallway loud from 2 am to 5 am … slamming doors and loud for hours… no desk attendant was outside for check out…

The staff and it was quiet. The bed was extremely squeaky and loud.

After a long drive I had requested a early check in days before my arrival couldn’t get any confirmation on it arrived early on check in day still no one tried to help me check in early

Clean, well appointed rooms It literally took 20 minutes to check in because the desk girl was on a break. Having to have someone unlock the fitness room is just annoying. And no hotel should be showing FOX in the breakfast room

Great stay for my family.

The room and the swimming area was great and the breakfast was great. And all of the staff was polite and nice. The room was very clean the bed was really comfortable. And the space of the room was roomaly. You can walk with out tripping over anything. And the couch and the recliner was great. And the table for laptop space was amazing. Nothing I like everything
