Mount Pleasant INN

Room are wack and dirty carpet should be vacuumed, bugs in rooms, towels have stains, check your covers, dead and alive bugs in rooms, fridge works, latch on doors don’t mean privacy cuz they come into your room even when locked, invade privacy, says no smoking but my first night it had a bag over the smoke detector already, and the people that live there smoke inside the rooms as well, so that’s doesn’t mean anything, if house keeping was done properly it’d be a okay room, pool stays closed, vending machines don’t work, this a rinky dinky motel so don’t expect too much especially when you see who stays in the rooms as well, too expensive for it to be in this condition and in the area to my opinion, no comfortability here

Creat staff enjoyed self

They are crooks and steal your money it was 300 didn’t stay a night it was so disgusting and they refused to refund for 4 days I didn’t stay

Rooms were poorly maintained. Sheets and towels may have been clean, but were stained. Lots of bugs in the rooms. Staff was friendly, but hard to communicate with.

It was a good stay they try to accommodated us as much as possible

It was average it's not like I paid a pretty penny for it my kids loved it and so did my wife under the bed was trash over all we was good

Too slow responding

No breakfast, office closed at 740 am while trying to check out. NO hot water. Floor was sloped like it was falling in. Air took forever to cool room off at 1130 pm

Staff could not understand nor speak English well enough to solve payment issue.

I will pay more for something else

I have stayed in several Super 8's and this by far is the worst. The door would not close all the way, there was no water pressure in the shower, the floors were dirty, I can keep going. I do not recommend.

Out dated, bathroom not so clean , toilet paper holder coming out, not towels given the first day, Clothes cabinet missing a drawer, Expedia said , gym and breakfast. NO gym and coffee for breakfast. Bad experience

Would not speak English to me, just hung up on me

This hotel should be condemned. Very dirty. Landscape terrible, cigarette butts all over lot. Non smoking room smelled smokey and even had an ashtray in it. Cigarette burnes on the bedspread, crack in the sink, dated and dirty tub with dirty and stinky shower curtain. Dirty and sticky carpet. Dont go barefoot. Go over to Surestay. Much better.

Wifi sucked

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, GREAT price. Room needed a good deep clean and sheets and towels were stained and worn... you get what you pay for... and I was happy with the tradeoff. Woman traveling alone, I did not feel unsafe. No complaints.

Upon entry to the room, I was greeted by a cockroach about 1 1/2 inches long. There was cockroach feces on the wall. Dead insects were in the corners and cobwebs on the lampshades. The furniture was well worn. It took about 10-15 minutes to get hot water for the shower. The towels were very thin. Upon getting ready in the morning there was another large cockroach crawling along the wall. Positives: The bed linens were clean and there was a mini fridge and microwave. I did not try the breakfast due to the cockroaches.

It’s exactly as pictured and a great spot to stop and get some rest as you’re passing through. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
