The guy was rude and gave me a hard time upon check in I booked and paid for 2 doubles I went to the rooms and checked in and they were filthy and nasty trash wasnt taken out the bedding was never changed pillow cases never changed floors nasty in both rooms old furniture from the hotel was all outside so when I went to let him knoe he told me he would refund me and even gave the receipt showing he did but when I contacted expedia they informed me they contacted the property and he said he was not giving me a refund even though i didnt stay I am so upset by this experience and I was born in Mt. PLEASANT so i was there visiting family

Microwave and fridge. TV remote didnt work properly and the employees couldn't help. Didn't see crickets, roaches or feel bedbugs.

Room are wack and dirty carpet should be vacuumed, bugs in rooms, towels have stains, check your covers, dead and alive bugs in rooms, fridge works, latch on doors don’t mean privacy cuz they come into your room even when locked, invade privacy, says no smoking but my first night it had a bag over the smoke detector already, and the people that live there smoke inside the rooms as well, so that’s doesn’t mean anything, if house keeping was done properly it’d be a okay room, pool stays closed, vending machines don’t work, this a rinky dinky motel so don’t expect too much especially when you see who stays in the rooms as well, too expensive for it to be in this condition and in the area to my opinion, no comfortability here

Found bedbugs. Night manager was uncooperative.

They are crooks and steal your money it was 300 didn’t stay a night it was so disgusting and they refused to refund for 4 days I didn’t stay

The bed was very comfortable. Found bedbugs in the pillows and painting above the bed. Night manager refused to inspect room himself. He allowed us to wash our clothes for an extra $6.

Rooms were poorly maintained. Sheets and towels may have been clean, but were stained. Lots of bugs in the rooms. Staff was friendly, but hard to communicate with.

It was a good stay they try to accommodated us as much as possible

The staff was very helpful and nice. Room was clean and had all the amenities that was needed. We needed to stay one more day and that where very accommodating.

The location that I needed it to be in. I did not like a thing about the property. It was dirty and had floor stains all over. Holes in the walls and doors and gross stuff on the walls. If I had another option to move too I would have checked out as soon as I checked in.

Although they may have been clean, the sheets were old and had stains. The bathroom appwaredclean, but the ceiling had damage from previous leak appeared to be dry but also had black mold on the waterstain spot of the ceiling.

The carpets was dirty, patches in the walls, bathroom door tore up, rags and towels still looked dirty, walls was covered in something liquid havnt been cleaned in awhile.

NoTHING Falsely advertised on Booking not an 8.0 not even 1.0 ! Bed BUGS and they would only refund 1 night of the 2 even tho we were only there for few Hrs and left because bugs started crawling out on bed when we sat on it ! Towels were stained , one has eye lashes on in with make up stains ! Absolutely HORRIBLE place Front desk only wanted to move us to another room rather than make things right !

Second, the air conditioner was in the bathroom area and did not work well. The sheets though clean were scatchy, there was no water pressure the shower unless you turned it full hot, the "breakfast" was granola bars and apples, there was light showing between the door and outside, the door frame inside was coming off, of the two towels provided one was grey, they were very small, the bathmat was stained with something black. This was an old super 8 property it was very run down.

They said they couldn't find my reservation and told me I needed to cancel and then asked me to pay in cash. Can't speak English. Communication is through Google and guessing. Charged me more then the site for a nasty room. Even stated they didn't like using this site. Oh and I was actually on their computer looking for my own reservation. St the end of it all the guy clapped his hands at me and said we are done. He's lucky it ended nicely. If this is what hotel.com offers I'll do as I'm doing now and book an Airbnb. I've had bad service but this turned me away from hotels all together.

Nothing we'd unlikeable!

It was average it's not like I paid a pretty penny for it my kids loved it and so did my wife under the bed was trash over all we was good
