Motel 6 Mount Pleasant, TX

No staff at the front desk, property was disgusting.

The front desk attendant didn’t want to switch my room from smoking into a non smoking and also did not want to provide an additional towel

very un useful hotel hot air no refund

Dirty, everything broken, faucet, no doorknob, dirty everything dirty

First room had no lights in the bathroom, shower head was taped on, vanity was broken, and the gap with the door closed was huge. The second room the tv didn't work, and there were cockroaches. Both rooms bed covers had cigarette burns.

I checked out 09/04/2026 . I have hundreds of pictures that the room was never serviced or fixed

Never showed up to clean room or bring amenities like an extra roll of toilet paper

It Was Right By IHOP. Air Conditioning Water Leaking All In The Room On The Floor By The Door. Air Conditioner Would Cut Off By Itself, It Was Hot And Humid In The Room. The Bathroom Light Didnt Work. There Wasn’t Any Ice In The Ice Machine. And The “Cold” Drinks They Were Selling Were Hot. This Was By Far My Worst Stay Here

Everything is so old and rusty

nothing it was horribe it was full of mold and building was collapsing

The handyman was very nice and helpful. But tv screen didn’t work, couldn’t watch it. Only two lights worked in room. Took 3 days to get a bulb for bathroom. Room was full of flies, the stairwell was full of flies, trash and the smell was horrible. Would sleep in my truck before staying there again.

The rooms have not been updated, clearly a hotel that has been used for “hourly” stays. Would not recommend for traveling especially with a family.

Prices were decent for what I got and it was close enough to town. Receptionist was sleeping on the mattress behind the counter when I went to check out. Mold was around the seal of the bath tub. Strange person that moved his car to 3 different locations in the parking lot and just sat in the car for 30-45 minutes in 3 different locations

Obviously not the Hilton, but it was pretty bad. Door had been kicked in at one point and the lock wasn’t replaced, more did it line up with the door jamb. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and rust on anything metal. Tv didn’t work at all, and the whole place smelled pretty bad. Spend a few more bucks and avoid this place.

The cable lost signal about 15 seconds out of every 2 minutes, the person at the front desk was only there about 1/2 the time, the toilet felt like it would fall over when you sat on it, most of the lights did not work, the flip lock on the front door

The Jalapeno Tree restaurant and the IHOP next door. The place was reasonably clean and accepted pets. It was pouring down rain when I arrived, and I couldn't pull into the overhang at the front door because the guy working the lobby had his car parked there. Also, I had to go to the lobby and request a remote for the TV given there wasn't one in the room. When I checked out, the guy working the lobby was asleep on the floor of the lobby. I had to wake him up in order to get a receipt printed. It turned out his printer was nearly out of ink and I could barely read it.
