Motel 6 Mount Pleasant, TX

The rooms have not been updated, clearly a hotel that has been used for “hourly” stays. Would not recommend for traveling especially with a family.

Prices were decent for what I got and it was close enough to town. Receptionist was sleeping on the mattress behind the counter when I went to check out. Mold was around the seal of the bath tub. Strange person that moved his car to 3 different locations in the parking lot and just sat in the car for 30-45 minutes in 3 different locations

Obviously not the Hilton, but it was pretty bad. Door had been kicked in at one point and the lock wasn’t replaced, more did it line up with the door jamb. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and rust on anything metal. Tv didn’t work at all, and the whole place smelled pretty bad. Spend a few more bucks and avoid this place.

The cable lost signal about 15 seconds out of every 2 minutes, the person at the front desk was only there about 1/2 the time, the toilet felt like it would fall over when you sat on it, most of the lights did not work, the flip lock on the front door

The Jalapeno Tree restaurant and the IHOP next door. The place was reasonably clean and accepted pets. It was pouring down rain when I arrived, and I couldn't pull into the overhang at the front door because the guy working the lobby had his car parked there. Also, I had to go to the lobby and request a remote for the TV given there wasn't one in the room. When I checked out, the guy working the lobby was asleep on the floor of the lobby. I had to wake him up in order to get a receipt printed. It turned out his printer was nearly out of ink and I could barely read it.

They was able to get me in a room fast Location of the hotel to close to the road

From feeling safe to feeling comfortable, and we never felt either the most terrible part of our entire stay and they don’t offer a refund police were in and out of the property escorting a homeless.

I did not like one single thing about my stay Everything was broke and needed to be fixed in the room not to mention there was roaches lots and lots of roaches I went up to the office to upgrade my room she lied to me and said there was no rooms available where there was two empty rooms that was available and she also told me I couldn't get my money back for the room that I that had all the roaches horrible experience the worst hotel I've ever been to

Mold, peeling walls, torn up floors, toilet would not flush, light switch when you first walk in didn’t turn any lights on, light in vanity area would not turn on. Vents were rusted and hanging off, smoke detector was just open wires hanging, door would not close completely and the lock was henge was broken. Linens on bed were dirty.

No microwave and no refrigerator has to do out and spend more money. Pool is out of order. Very disappointing and sad!!

The price but I now know why it was cheap. Funky!! Tv didn’t wk room landline phone didn’t wk. no fridge or microwave. I checked out next day and they had the nerve after all the BS. Refused to give me a refund!!

It was clean and the a/c was already on when I got to the room. The staff claimed they have no access to extra towels or wash cloths once the housekeeping staff leaves for the day. And there was no stopper for the bath tub.

The person at the desk was really nice and helpful The room smelled weird when we came in the room had to spray perfume. The wall boarding was coming off the wall half ways. The beds were okay but not the most comfortable beds. The room definitely didn't look like the picture

The arrival crew was great. The lock on inside of door was broken. The bathroom wasnt stocked.

The room was clean and pet friendly. There were dog poop bags and a receptacle provided in the pet area out back. The bed was comfortable. The motel is next door to Ihop which was convenient for breakfast. The night staff couldn't find my reservation when the people I had booked the room for went to check in the night of December 12th even though I had gone there earlier in the day to pay for the room. The next day (December13th) the key card to get into the room had been deactivated even though I had booked and paid for the room through the morning of December 14th. Also, the remote did not control the tv in the room (119) and there was a sticker on the back that said 121, so the remotes for those rooms must have been switched at some point.

staff was great!!! room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoker room. there was also no toilet seat in my bathroom… but wasn’t bad
