Quality Inn Mt. Pleasant

Ya'll did not have breakfast available due to remodeling. We wish ya'll would have told us when we booked the rooms. We were very disappointed because we came a long way for the death of our love ones and we did not believe we got what we paid for. The refrigerator in room 126 wasn't clean, looked like it had mold around the inside door. The microwave in room 102 had hair in it. Our room was infant of the stairs and didn't get enough sleep due to the noise of people going up and down the stairs all time of night.

The room was clean and staff was very friendly. The was no complimentary breakfast like stated on site and reservation. And the pool looked great but was closed as well but was offered on reservation. We won’t be staying there in the future and we stay at Quality Inn’s all the time when we travel.

There were cockroaches in the room and bathroom. There were no tissues. The breakfast was cold and poor. There was water on the stairs and on the aisle.

Clean Nothing

Indoor pool and hot tub jacuzzi were really nice also! Fresh coffee all day long in lobby and doggy bone treats by check in desk for four legged family members too!

Everything was dingy, breakfast made me sick, no juice or coffee, everything was in a disarray the room was the only ok thing

Location Very old motel, but room was pretty clean and need was comfortable. A/c worked, but was pretty noisy.

Pool is out of order.

This plane was quiet but it wasn't that clean ands it left much to be desired. I'll leave it there. I don't know that there is any reason to say what could have been better i am sure the owners and the staff know. It's just a matter of what they are trying to accomplish. It was a decent bed and plane to sleep but that pretty much wraps out up.

We had a very comfortable night in Mt. Pleasant and the gentleman who checked us in was extremely helpful and kind! Room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is hard to see from the road as the sign was not lit up but it was safe and most of all affordable! Breakfast was a plus! We would sta again if we ever needed a room in the area.

The room was clean. It was clearly run down. But the staff was sweet

Property needs some serious cleaning and a professional exterminator. They did fimd us a better room than the original but it was still quite dirty and still had critters.

Please update this property so no one else will make this mistake and go to this run down property, thank you

Staff was rude, property is run down and disgusting, walls paper thin so you hear everyone in the rooms around you and walking past your room. Rooms next to mine they had broken beer bottles in the walkway and everything was just gross. Our first set of towels were dirty and stains on the floor. The photos of the property lie about how it looks completely.

The beds were nice. The property was dirty - looked like they were doing upgrades but very dirty. Pool was green. Breakfast was very lacking.

I really enjoyed my stay. It looks like I stayed while the place was being renovated. My room looked brand new. The bed was so comfortable, soft amd clean as well as the pillows. I loved having a couch to relax on. The towels looked brand new so soft and clean. The breakfast was delicious and filling. Staff was do friendly and i got the place at a great price. I hope I have to go back to the area to stay there again. Thank u so much for an enjoyable time.

The room was fairly clean. It was tucked back in off the road. Dark parking lot. Very run down outside of the hotel. Burn hole in the comforter and sheets of our bed. Poor parking spaces, dark.
