Will stay here again!

Property was brand new or newly updated. Our room was clean, bright and well appointed! We used the laundry facilities and the machines were inexpensive and new. Our room was on the first floor and we had a nice patio where we could have cocktails or walk out to the pool. The location is convenient to shopping and Mount Vernon’s historic downtown. It was a perfect spot to unwind after hiking at North Cascades National Park!

Poor design. Outside lights so bright and shade on windows doesn’t help. Had a rough night sleep. My first visit, I was given a room where I walked in on naked people. Not the worst but two chances now and I probably won’t be back.

Room was modern and spacious. The breakfast options were decent. Two waffle makers were a nice touch. The challenge is turning into the entrance and the odd parking, but I would definitely stay here again. The town's easy traffic was refreshing after Seattle!

My personal information was sent out to people that were not on this trip with me. I reached out to the hotel countless times and no one responded. I called and emailed and they kept saying they’d have a manager reach out to me and no one did. I was hounded by the person who my information was sent to, they accused me (rightfully so) of using their information etc. it was not my doing and it was the hotel and they did not reach out to me to explain what happened. Do not trust this hotel. Also, they did not have enough food for the breakfast option to serve all guest. Will not be staying here again and have since cancelled credit cards because of the information being spread around. What a waste of time. Not worth it.

Had a wedding in the area and this was close to the venue. Other than parking we had no complaints.

I was satisfied with our stay and would definitely book again. Better sound proofing between floors and rooms is needed though.

The hotel is located in a convenient location close to I-5 and surface streets one takes for shopping and local businesses. I was in a very quiet handicap accessible room that was truly accessible with wide doorways, roll in shower, grab bars, etc. The room was very comfortable. The flat screen TV that was wall mounted so that it faced away from the bed was a mystery to me. I thought it must swing out, but I could not manage to make it move. It was a huge beautiful but utterly useless TV.

The staff was friendly and polite.

Not cheap, but it was the summer and the room was nice and clean, looked updated and was functional in a good quiet location very central to many amenities

Breakfast was bagels, muffins, toast and cereal. There were two waffle machines and one was broken. No juice. No milk. Stuff for toppings for oatmeal but no oatmeal. We ended up going to a restaurant to eat because it was very unappealing. Hardly worth $200 a night. It's a renovated motel. Nice inside but we could have stayed somewhere way nicer for that much money. Not impressed.

Loved the style of the room and the balcony!

The door to the room was hard to shut and open.

This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
