Full of druggies horrible place for kids will never stay again

Our day was absolutely a nightmare. I don’t normally do bad reviews, but this place made me feel very unsafe. We ended up putting our table from the room against our door because there were people partying and running up and down the stairs until 3 o’clock in the morning. The shower had patches all over the tiles as if there were holes in the wall. The front door to the room looks like someone had tried to break it down. I 100% do not recommend. We also had two very dodgy looking people with a Van box in and say that they weren’t going to leave until they told us where we came from and I didn’t wanna put my hatch back down for them to see my license plate.

I wasn’t happy with my stay both room I had Booked had some bad things for it I wish it was a better stay
-
Only problem was that there were fleas in the room. Got many bites.

Quality Inn is refreshing itself and each time I stay am noticing upgrades.
-
A little sketchy looking, but overall very safe!!
-
I booked this room through a website and specifically because they said they had a hot tub. The hot tub was not in operation. The pool area was great and warm. I was very disappointed about the hot tub. Other than that . It was a good stay.

Convenient to Skagit Valley College and the freeway.

We were very happy with our stay. I loved the split level room layout. The rooms were clean and the staff very helpful.
-
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was excellent. The fellow at the front desk was extremely helpful while we were there, even going so far as to accommodate an irregularly late checkout while we waited for my son's soccer game to start. Thank you!!
-
The rooms were clean upon arrival and had a good temperature regulation. We could warm up and cool off as needed. The grounds were unkempt. We asked for housekeeping three times and they never came. We stayed 5 nights without any housekeeping. The staff were kind of rude.
-
You get what you pay for. The rooms were clean and breakfast was quite good. The pool area didn't seem very clean, hot tub was broken and even though check in was said to be at 3pm, the rooms were not ready until 4.30.

We've stayed here on and off while househunting. Friendly staff, new mattresses, breakfast and near resources.

Tv showed streaming services but we could bot connect. Had to plug hdmi for cable to work. Phone in room was unplugged. When plugged in it stilldid not work. Breakfast room was not big enough. Could not find seating. Food was y der cooked or runny.

When you first pull up, you don’t know what to expect but once you get in the room, you’ll be very pleasantly surprised at least I was

The front staff were very kind as well as the housekeeping staff, the hotel itself is the issue very run down and not very welcoming. The room had wallpaper coming off and the toilet paper holder had black tape holding it on to the wall and also had inappropriate sticker on the shower rod. I stay in Burlington/Mount Vernon a lot and decided to give this one a shot due to the hotel I normally stay at was sold out. NEVER again I feel like I wasted my money and would like it back! I couldn’t stand it so much I left at 5am. I work in the hotel industry and the owners of this hotel should be ashamed to charge $150 for the kind of room I got. NEVER AGAIN!

It's an older hotel but considering, it was pretty well maintained. It did have a bit of a carpet shampoo smell but not bad. While the breakfast had a nice selection, the hot food was luke warm. Biscuits and gravy is one of my favorites but the biscuits weren't great. Cold and crumbly like they were frozen biscuits that had been quickly warmed enough to thaw. The gravy and sausage would have been good if they had been hot but they were just luke warm.
