I did not have my room cleaned or linens replaced

Let me first say that the front desk staff did the best they could with what they had. When I arrived at the facility and checked into my room, 201 to be exact, the pull out mattress was severely soiled and had food crumbs on it. I instantly notified the front desk and the young lady there accommodated me for the evening in another room (216) and offered a mattress cover. My original stay was for three nights. After the first night I canceled the remainder of my stay and requested a refund. Again, the front desk staff was extremely accommodating. This will not be my choice location in the future.

Check in was fine. Room was spacious. Shower was very narrow. The microwave did not function properly. Nothing would get warmed up. The big negative was that the trash bins were not emptied. Made me wonder what else was not cleaned in the room.

Great staff! Very well kept! Would definitely stay there again.

Clean room, close to everything you need and the interstate. Nice staff, easy parking. Great stay overall.

The front desk was helpful upon entering but informed us we would need to carry bedding to our room for using the pull out sofa. When entering the room we immediately noticed a terrible smell and dampness in the room. There was visible mold on the pull out sofa after we removed couch cushions. The floors were slick from humidity as well. We turned AC down significantly and odor improved but still persisted. We notified the front desk upon checkout about the mold and was told “the maintenance crew isn’t in on the weekends.” The breakfast consisted of 3 cereal options, one type of muffin, hard boiled eggs, two types of bread to be toasted, apples and a juice machine. I had to go through cabinets to get my kids cups as none were set out. The whole stay was disappointing.

The a. C was freezing ? I went too sama because I was so tired I didn't see how to adjust it. Later I figured out it was on the wall ? but now I have some really warm winter sleep wear ?

We have stayed here multiple times. Our main complaint is the breakfast. When we stayed the first time there was a full breakfast. The continental breakfast that is now being served leaves a lot to be desired. One kind of fruit and one flavor of yogurt. Don't think the sign asking guests to not eat too much is needed.

Rate was not correct! Charged me at $30.00 check in early fee! I checked in at !pm. When did Hotels start that crap? Room was ready sitting there but Hotel wanted more money? Was told dog fee was $50 was charged $60.00. Asked for a receipt and FDesk Associate did not want to give me one, Now I understand why! The nightly rate was not what was advertised on Expedia! I could have stayed at Residence Inn cheaper! Bathroom Floor and kitchen floor was like greasy! Bathroom door handle was broken!
