Holiday Inn Express & Suites Salt Lake City South - Murray by IHG

It was very clean and staff were wonderful. Breakfast was so so, meaning the cheese omelets and bacon were not very good. I grabbed a yogurt—there was only a couple left by 7:00am. Potatoes were pretty good.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming! Check in was a breeze. Room was spotless. Room was quiet.

The room was clean and had great amenities (including a fridge and microwave). Staff were helpful and breakfast was great. We will stay here again next time we visit.

The person at the front desk wasn’t very helpful and seemed annoyed when I asked her for food recommendations and gave me none. The breakfast was good. They have a pancake machine which made pretty good cakes. It was a great stay overall

The main issue here was that we got delayed in arriving because of family issues, so we checked the website to see how late we could check in. It said check in closed at 5:30 am. We arrived at 4 am. So we figured it was fine. The lady at the desk was very rude telling us it has been cabcelled because we were too late. No apologies. No offer to help. It took 30 minutes to get her to call hotels.com and figure out how to go ahead and let us get a room.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast selection was standard and filling. Hotel room was not very clean. Big stain on the mattress of the convertible couch bed. Stains on the duvets on the beds.

Everything was great here. I only wish they had a pack and play or crib available for littles. The employee I spoke with made it seem like they don’t have one at all not just that someone else was using it. Otherwise would stay here again!

Check in was easy, rooms very clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly. Check out was quick. Nice location on and off highway. Quiet even being so close to highway exit.
