Staff friendly & overall great stay.

Enjoyed my stay. Staff was great!

Our room was very comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was good

Cleanliness: 1. The room was clean except the comforter which is sandwiched between the bedspread and top sheet: It was dingy on the edges where other people had touched it because it is hard to keep the bedspread in the proper position as you toss and turn during the night. 2. The pool gad green stains that didn’t seem right but we did get sick. We didn’t notice them until we were already in the pool. Also the hot tub was closed for repair. Upgrades needed: I have never stayed at a hotel where you have to go to the main floor for ice. An ice machine on all floors would be a nice convenience.

I liked the room and staff.

This was second year me and the family stayed at this hotel for the 4th of July weekend and were once again happy with the visit. We will continue to use this hotel if they keep running as well as they currently do. We appreciate the staff and all they do to make our visit good.

There was only one trolley for the entire hotel to take bags to my room, check in was painfully slow for the person before me and me. Only one trainee to check us in. And this morning there was no trolley available at all.

Breakfast was excellent and room was big and clean.

Cool Room for all activitis

Everything was good.

Hotel was not very well kept. Pool and hot tub was gross film on it, paint pealing in the room and falling on the bed, overall interiors were old and not maintained very well. Very over priced and Marriott should be ashamed to have their name associated with whoever owns it.

It’s well maintained and is pretty nice. Never use any of the amenities.

Nice beautiful clean rooms There is a broken down vehicle in the parking lots that’s been there for a while.

Good stay, mid-valley and convenient to area. Recommend staying here.

Exceptional

We liked the location. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. We were disappointed that the hot tub was broken.
