This place asked for credit card on check in for a deposit and instead charged me for a 2nd room (I had already paid in advancd). 2 weeks later and I have yet to get my money returned, insisting I booked a 2nd room despite showing 1 room clearly on my booking account I have been lied to by reception in check in with asking for my credit card use and refused the return of money still. Very unprofessional customer service and will persue a fraud claim

It was near the hospital we needed to visit The night staff was very rude. Seemed like they didn’t even wanna work there. The neighbors above us were noisy all night. The floor leaking above us sounded like they were gonna fall through the ceiling..

The breakfast was very poor unless you like powdered eggs, toast that you can butter, no jam or jelly. The apple juice was so watered down. I could even tell what the flavor was and they were out of orange juice. The cereal choices were poor. The oatmeal was runny and watered down. There is no meat selection. The sink in the bathroom was cracked, there were holes in the wall,

We had an okay stay. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was okay but lacked variety; however, the attendant was friendly.
