Comfort Inn Murray - Salt Lake City South

Check in guy made me wait 20+ minutes to check in. We needed a bed change the next day, cleaning people refused to come in and change the bedding. They just threw the new bedding on the bed and didn’t even give us a new blanket. That night after having to make the bed I went down to the front desk to get a blanket and some wash clothes and the guy asked me how many we were in the room. I said 6 because we are 4 people and were only given 1 washclothes and he gave me a face that was very rude.

When we checked in, the night person on duty couldn’t process our deposit. I called the bank and they told us it was the property processing problem. The person on duty still couldn’t process it and said it was our fault. When we came back after fireworks the main doors were locked. We had to get someone to let us in. On the plus side, the eggs and sausages with the complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel. The front desk person during the day was extremely nice and friendly.

I stay at this property when I travel to Utah just because of the location. It’s very central for me. However over the years the hotel is starting to look its age, rooms are ok there was an odor when we checked in, some of our rooms the air conditioning didn’t work. the gym is terrible very small, really hot and limited equipment. There was also an issue with the water so we could not shower early in the morning the day we were leaving and the hotel did not communicate at all.

Very rude staff. Waited at the front desk for 15 minutes before anyone came to help me. Another rude employee when we asked where the pool was located. She didn't say anything to us, just pointed at the hallway

Rooms are clean hotel is clean pillows are small, overall good place to stay.

So close to IH Murray! Very clean. The coffee machine didn't work. The was boo ice machine on our floor. The bathtub was scuffed up.

Great sleep, great space in the rooms and bathroom. Breakfast had sweet and savory with cold drinks and hot drinks. Water dispenser and ice dispenser ron each floor and vending machines if you want. Jacuzzi great as well! Money well spent. None

Always very clean

It’s an okay place to crash for a night or two if you’re going to a concert or other event nearby; it’s a cheap hotel right off of the freeway in a busy city. I will say, a few members of staff were arguing/loudly conversing with each other right at the desk about a maintenance issue when I arrived for check in, which wasn’t a great foot to start off on. Overall-it’s better than a motel, but don’t expect classy.

This place has potential. Its mediocre clean. The desk service is low. They don’t answer phones. Breakfast is basic. Elevator has been out. Room was good. Old carpet and incomplete fixtures. Within walking distance from grocery stores. Just a basic hotel.

nothing I stayed back in may 17 to 19th. On the last day of my stay some hotel staff got in to my room and removed all of my bed sheets, pillow cases and towels and weirs enough they didnt even bother leaving a replacement for any of those. When I got to the hotel late night I had to deal with replacing them from the lobby which took another 15 to 20 minutes. When I address my concern and discomfort to hotel manager Khan. He said he will refund last day of my stay which is $93.68 but he want me to call booking.com which where I got my reservation done. I called booking.com and few days later they told me that Khan said they talked to me about it and I was satisfied which is incorrect. I have never made a such statement or I was satisfied. Not only they didnt handled the situation professionally and also lied to booking.com and myself which i didnt appreciated at all. Its such a disgrace to handle your fault like this and definetely not acceptable on my end. I want my refund for the last day immediately as hotel manager Khan said so. And never stay in this place ever again. What a joke!? I am still working on this refund process, calling. booking.com for the 5th time today. What a waste of time.....
