They have the smallest pillows. It is only half a pillow so bring your own. They won’t give you extras. The carpet is gross and the breakfast is not good either. Definitely not stopping there again.
-
It was fine. The bath tub just look gross
-
The room was dirty. No pool facilities and breakfast was a pass.
-
Bathroom fixtures were a little dated, but the room was immaculate nonetheless.
-
It’s an ok place to stay, especially if you need to go to the hospital.

The room was clean but very old and outdated. The outlets in the room did not hold plugs well, they were very loose and the plugs would fall out easily while devices were being charged. The lamp on the desk by the TV, had two outlets on it. One was completely useless because the outlet itself was also extremely loose. The bathroom was clean but the tub featured heavy rust and chipped paint around the ring of the drain. The paint on the walls in the bathroom looked like it had began to bubble in certain places. The room did have a fridge and a microwave which was a nice feature. The beds were HARD, not comfy at all. My teen who slept on the pull out sofa bed said it was uncomfortable. The exterior of the hotel on the backside was clean and there was ample parking. However, the view from the backside of the hotel shows the outdatedness of it. The windows were old and had a foggy look to them which kind of prepared me for what would await me inside. We did not have breakfast so I cannot leave a review on that piece. I had to ring the bell a few times for the staff person to come to the front desk but they were kind.

Inside the room, the bed was clean, and the sheets and blankets appeared freshly laundered. However, the carpet had a very strong musty smell, making the room feel unclean. It seems like the carpet is either very old or in need of a thorough deep cleaning or replacement. The bathroom is in poor condition. Several tiles are cracked or coming loose, the bathtub drain is broken and rusty, and the overall maintenance appears to have been neglected. The paint job throughout the room is also disappointing, with uneven, sloppy workmanship that looks unprofessional. Even the picture frames have been painted over, which gives the room an unfinished, low-quality appearance. While the room was functional, the lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to detail made it feel run-down and not worth the price. With some deep cleaning and proper repairs, this property could provide a much better guest experience. Unfortunately, based on this stay, I would not choose to stay here again.

The maid stated that we had to go to the front lobby to get what we needed which is an inconvenience. Also, the front lobby only gave us one set of towels and then stated they were out of hand towels etc. Next, when our room was about to be cleaned the maid's supervisor asked if we can leave our hotel room so the maid can clean. It did not sit well with me or my Mother knowing our personal belongings were out in the open for the maid or anyone to see or steal while the maid cleans up. Why do we have to leave our rooms to receive a cleaning service which an inconvenience to us. Our refrigerator was not keeping our food cold, so we called the front desk several times no response. So I went to the front desk to speak with the hotel attendant and he stated he will come check and that maybe the refrigerator knobe needs to be adjusted which we said it was adjusted 24hrs ago yet the fridge still couldn't get cold. Next, the hotel attendant did come up to our room to replace the refrigerator with a new one that worked which was great. Lastly, the hotel is old and needs to be remolded very warm inside the front lobby and needs a better ventilation system to keep the building cool. The staff our quiet but don't really seem Intrested in interacting with the guest. They don't seem happy to be there. Overall it's a fair hotel

Quiet, convenient, great place to stay. Super helpful staff.

We were awakened late at night to people trying to get into our room. It was the front desk guy trying to let someone in. Once I told them they aren’t coming in the employee says are you sure this is your room. As we were eating breakfast we watched a different employee hand out a room key. He never checked ID or confirmed guest name. It seems this hotel needs some security checks in place. Maybe start with checking ID and matching it to the guest on file.

The full breakfast was delicious and very fulfilling. They had waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage and more. Everything was great.

Excellent.

Check in guy made me wait 20+ minutes to check in. We needed a bed change the next day, cleaning people refused to come in and change the bedding. They just threw the new bedding on the bed and didn’t even give us a new blanket. That night after having to make the bed I went down to the front desk to get a blanket and some wash clothes and the guy asked me how many we were in the room. I said 6 because we are 4 people and were only given 1 washclothes and he gave me a face that was very rude.

When we checked in, the night person on duty couldn’t process our deposit. I called the bank and they told us it was the property processing problem. The person on duty still couldn’t process it and said it was our fault. When we came back after fireworks the main doors were locked. We had to get someone to let us in. On the plus side, the eggs and sausages with the complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel. The front desk person during the day was extremely nice and friendly.

I stay at this property when I travel to Utah just because of the location. It’s very central for me. However over the years the hotel is starting to look its age, rooms are ok there was an odor when we checked in, some of our rooms the air conditioning didn’t work. the gym is terrible very small, really hot and limited equipment. There was also an issue with the water so we could not shower early in the morning the day we were leaving and the hotel did not communicate at all.
