Hotel SLC

Hotel was under construction it was noise until late hours, debris all over property including elevator.

Under construction. Hallways needed cleaning. Should have noted hotel was being remodeled when making reservation. In the hospitality industry you should never book guests on same floor as remodeling is taking place.

Good, clean room. Nice amenities

They are working on remodeling so it was very noisy could not go to sleep early after a long Drive and the nex morning they stared working early since I couldn’t sleep had to get up and leave

They are renovating so the place was dusty and I woke up very stuffy. And they hopefully just haven't gotten to the room we stayed in because it needed it. The bed was too hard for me. When I checked in they didnt do the normal where to park, wifi, breakfast, check out info so I have no idea if they have breakfast like it says or not and I wasn't positive when we needed to be out.

Property was in transition of ownership in the middle of remodeling eating area so was not accessible. Sack breakfast, difficult to find. It is behind another property.

The location was decent. A little confusing to find because it’s behind another hotel. I booked this hotel because it had good reviews and looks lovely from the photos only to get there and they had supplies, tools, dust, things were taken apart because they are in the middle of a renovation which there was no indication or communication of this. In addition breakfast was included but we were informed when we checked in that there was no hot breakfast due to the renovation but there would be cereal and coffee. The AC was not on anywhere in the hotel until we walked into our room so the hallways were like saunas. And the AC in the room was so loud but we couldn’t not have it on or the room would be boiling due to the temps outside. The shower head appeared to have grime or mold growing on it. The reception was kind but when we arrived she was on the couch on her phone and when we left she was back laying on the couch on her phone. Super disappointing overall.

Easy to access hwy Renovation process,brown bag breakfast instead of continental with no prior notification.

I have the pictures to prove it all!!!!!! I emailed the manager, twice, he never got back to me. I don’t think they care I don’t think it matters to them. I wouldn’t stay here ever under any circumstances Absolutely do not recommend

They were doing renovations, so they moved us to the hotel next door

Nothing about this hotel was good other than the location. My first night there I was getting bit by something. The next morning I was covered in bug bites, I did not know I was sleeping on bed bugs so I went to the store and got some anti inflammatory and bug bite medicine. My arms and hand were swollen and blistering and I've never dealt with BED BUGS before so I really didn't know. When we returned to the hotel later that night I told my husband to check the room and beds. The mattress was infested with BED BUGS. I went down to the lobby and told the front desk to which he told me his manager could handle it in the morning and I asked him if he'd like to sleep on an infested mattress and get bitten all night and showed him my hands and arms, he smirked and said no. I told him I wanted a refund and he said he'd check some other rooms and came back after checking 2 separate rooms and said he couldn't put me in one, they all had bugs. I said a 2nd time I want a refund so I can go find a better hotel. His manager unprofessionally would not come down to the hotel to address this very serious matter. I still, 2 days later have not received my refund or heard from the manager. Very dirty and ran down. DO NOT stay here! The hotel looks like it's falling apart and the pictures are a lie. Doing remodels and it's filthy everywhere and no amenities. They did not tell me any of this until I arrived at the hotel. I can't believe I was told there was nothing they could do about the bugs and expected me to sleep with them all over the bed! This is just disgusting!

3/4 of the property was under construction without any notice so we got forced into a queen room instead of the kind we bought. They didn’t care nor offered anything as an apology

The hotel is under renovations. The pool and the gym were not accessible. The kitchen was closed and for breakfast we got a bag with an apple, a cheap muffin and a snack bar. The worst was our view: a container was parked right in front of our window. I wish all these issues would be disclosed before our booking.

Nothing Hotel was under renovation and only cold breakfast was available. You should let your customers know in advance so that they can make informed decisions. I don’t think we got the value out of staying there.

Parking was easy and there were places to get food nearby. Bed was really cozy. Location was under construction and the breakfast was poor. The room itself was outdated, but comfortable.
