Construction on main floor. Sack breakfast. Air conditioning worked.
-
The hotel was under renovation…. So there was no breakfast or lounge area.
-
Easy to check in and out.
-
Would not stay at this place again. You need to log into your own account for the TV. Amazon, Fire Stick, or something else. Shower was cold and breakfast was very limited. I think the coffee was the worst ever.

Total con - Expedia, you need to take this property off your site. It's not real.

The rooms were clean. In the room: No room service during stay Water turned off during a portion of stay No pool, no SPA, breakfast was a brown bag Asked for a shower chair, did not receive Maintenance on hotel upgrade started at 8:00 am every day No ice machine working on floor Very noisy Air Conditioner

The staff was nice The hotel is under construction. The door into the hotel room screetches sooooo bad. Our window opened all the way with no screen. And no curtains just a shade; so the room was super bright and couldn't go back to bed

Serious renos!! Breakfast in a bag? Horrible!! Ice machine not working ;( just terrible.
-
Nice place that's actually being renovated. Checked in at 1 and workers going til 6. As a General Contractor I do believe they should be finished by no later than 5 pm. It is a hotel where guest are expecting a certain level of quietness in the evening.

The construction was inconvenient but it was a nice stay nonetheless.

I've stayed at this location before and it is near the exact part of the city I usually attend for business. My last two stays were lovely and there wasn't a single issue. We were not informed in any way that the property would be under construction during our stay. Half the lot and indoor common area was enclosed by storage units and boxes, there was loud noises during the entirety of the day time hours, and breakfast (which I throughly enjoyed the last few stays) was changed to bags set on a counter with a bagel, fruit cup, and a granola bar which was slightly warm by the time we were able to get ours. I was disappointed in our stay this time.

It would seem that this property was once a Hampton Inn, but is no longer. The property is under large scale renovation. When I went to the front desk around 10pm to check in I found the lobby/front desk absent any staff and waited for some time before finally having to call the hotel’s phone number before anyone showed up to check me in. Check in was smooth and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Due to the construction, I had to use the service elevator to get to the third floor room which wasn’t a big deal to me, but might be to some people. The room was clean and comfortable. Once I got to my room I called the front desk for a blanket and it was promptly delivered. Due to the renovation the hotel provided a brown bag version of a continental breakfast that came with a water bottle, green apple, small packaged bagel, cream cheese pouch, nutrigrain bar, fruit cup, and a spoon. Check out was smooth.

Hotel is under construction. No amenities and breakfast was a brown bag with a mini bagel and an over ripe banana. No ice machine. Bed was very comfortable. I would wait until fully updated before staying there.
-
The ice machine didn’t work on the 3rd floor but the reception gave us ice. Since the breakfast area was under construction we were given so called breakfast bags just like in school ? But the bathroom was nice and clean, recently redone. No fridge in the room though. The construction

Property is under construction. The beds were very comfortable, but there are zero amenities in rooms.

The room was newly remodeled and was clean. Bed was clean and new. The reason I booked this hotel was because of location and that it had a continental breakfast. The hotel was going thru a remodel and their breakfast was a sack with fruit, oatmeal packet and a bottle of water. Far cry from a normal breakfast as advertised. The room that I reserved was not available so they gave me a different room but did not make any changes to the price of the room even with the fact that they did not have a hot breakfast. The room was newly remodeled as was clean. There was to toilet paper, no tissues no garbage can in the bath room. There where no curtains on the window so the sun woke us up at dawn. There was no fridge and we where on a motor cycle and needed cold water for the next day. This should have been $59.99 not $102.00. I would not book this hotel again.

Staff was good..room was nice and newly renovated. The rest of the hotel was still being renovated, so sometimes it was loud, no pool , breakfast was a sack that was extremely basic.
-
Hotel was under construction it was noise until late hours, debris all over property including elevator.
-
Under construction. Hallways needed cleaning. Should have noted hotel was being remodeled when making reservation. In the hospitality industry you should never book guests on same floor as remodeling is taking place.
-
Good, clean room. Nice amenities
