Clean! Friendly staff, great breakfast!

We reserved a room with two queen beds. When we got there we were given an ADA accessible room with one queen bed and a pull out. The room was very dark. It was not what we reserved. They then told me that since I did it through Expedia, we basically get whatever rooms are available and not what we actually reserved. Very disappointed.

100% satisfied and surprised with the facilities

For a place that promotes and allows pets the outside dog area is unfenced, next to a busy street and smaller than the rooms you are staying in.

Clean, modern.

We booked 2 queen suites, when we checked in the told us that the were putting us in 2 king suites, the reason that we booked queen suites was we needed 3 beds. The pool was down our whole stay.

Had a great stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything. Went great during my stay.

I will stay with them again.

Better breakfast options and longer time open

Beautiful clean room. Comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and lots of choices for breakfast.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. The facet in the bathroom dripped when turned off and the back door got stuck some. The breakfast was good. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Stay was ok. I’ve stayed at nicer Home 2 Suites. Very noisy with traffic and bathroom door kept getting stuck and drain didn’t drain well

The pool was not working:(

Not sure. We were underwhelmed being that it bears the Hilton name. The room and bathroom were a little beat up. Coffee in the lobby was good. Pool was out of commission and had been for months, shower leaked and made it difficult to sleep, both USB outlets were broken. Breakfast was nothing special.

Located near food options and not too far from the hospital where my wife was having surgery. We were unaware the pool was out of order and had been for months, the shower head leaked and dripped constantly making sleeping difficult and the USB ports by the bed were both broken. Breakfast was so-so but the lobby coffee was good and the fitness room was decent.

The was very spacious and perfect for a family stay The pool was closed and not disclosed to us at the time of booking or any time prior to our reservation. If we would have know the pool wasn’t operational we would have cancelled and rebooked at another hotel. It was a hot weekend and we were traveling with kids and planned on being in the pool.

The pool was under renovation..staff said they had informed Expedia several times.. most of our stay was to enjoy pool we ended up leaving a day early
