Studio 6 – Murray, UT

I don't think the room has ever been cleaned. The toilet paper holder was ripped off of the wall. There was nasty stuff all over the wall. In the bathroom I think there was blood all over the wall. We didn't even stay for our second night and would have left the first night if we had time to find another place but when we were done with our concert it was super late. No one should ever stay there.

Bad

When I arrived in the room, the exterior of the hotel looked nothing like the photos I got into the room. The closet doors are broken. One was missing. One was leaning inside the closet on the wall the drawers for the cabinet in which the TV stand was on two of them been missing again. The front of one of the drawers is leaning against the wall. There was a duct tape on a hole in the microwave door. One of the drawers was broken and missing handles in the kitchen at area. The racks were missing off the walls near the shower. It was just some brackets. The toilet had toilet paper in it. It was clogged when I arrived. There was a light sitting on top of a random cabinet above the toilet that whole light fixture not attached to anything just laying there. None of it looked anything like a single picture in those photos. The staff was extremely nice and helpful during check-in and when I went down to tell them about the clogged toilet, and the fact that everything was broken, the lady was very nice, so there were no more rooms to offer us and instantly offered a refund

It’s a motel 6, you get what you pay for.

Not a thing 150$ deposit that isn’t brought to attention till after the fact you already booked. Stinky rooms, nasty bedding. DISGUSTING bathrooms/showers. Im convinced they don’t clean. & not to mention the outside property is EMBARRASSING. Trash everywhere lawn looks terrible. TWEAKER CENTRAL!

Not great .. if you’re solely looking for a place to sleep, maybe one night I still wouldn’t stay here. It looked like homeless people lived there in the parking lot out of their car. There was an ambulance when we pulled up and the front desk agent was sitting in his car rather than in the lobby

The room is very very dirty and the door lock are missing, need to be remodeling before it can rent, cannot take customer's money like this,when I request to switch, they decline please refund

Room was dirty and smelly and there was a lot of hair and stains all over the beddings. Will never stay here again. Don’t recommend it at all.

The room was disgusting. The sheets were not clean. The drawers on the dresser were broken. The room was dirty. I did not stay the second night even though I had already paid. I am highly disappointed. There was a hole in the bathroom door.

Everything between how dirty it was and smell worst experience ever

The property hasn't been cleaned or painted for too many years. Looks like nobody there knows how to fix plumbing maintenance issues, like a bathtub faucet that leaks so bad it sounds like the shower is running. It appears that nobody there knows how to repair worn-out door locks, flooring that's not installed properly, a wooden headboard that's literally screwed to the plaster wall with long wood screws (frequent banging noises?) People wandering in the parking lot, looking at incoming cars like they're hoping to score.

It was okay there a few small bugs in the bathroom and paint chipped away in places throughout rhbeds were very comfy but there were no soaps or shampoo the fridge worked great but again the beds were great but a little squeaky when you first sit down

It was dirty and run down. There were holes in the walls and the shower was covered in a build up of grime. The gardens were filled with dog feces and a used condoms. They were probably once nice but I am shocked that such a place exists.

It was quite. It was a good stay.

The staff did not help or seem to care.

We booked a room weeks ago, and selected the "pay upon arrival" option. When we got there to pay and stay, they said they had sold the room to someone else because we did not pay. There was no apology, compensation, or way to get it back. In fact, they accused us of not paying at all, and said it was our fault for not giving them enough information (we booked through Expedia and provided all requested info). I will forever warn anyone against doing business with them.

The part I like was leaving this place was disgusting Everything the room was dirty the bathroom was dirty one of the rooms smelled only of cat piss the other smelled like they were trying to cover up a murder.

Hands down the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. Holes in the walls, no toilet paper, no towels... I had to air dry. Room was filthy, appliances were in poor shape. The stairwell up to the room was full of garbage.
