The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We first arrived we were told that the ventilation was messed up and to shower with the bathroom door closed. Ok I thought everyone showered with the bathroom door closed. Our room smelled super musky and it was humid inside the room. The beds were comfortable. They charged me more then expedia had said I needed to pay. We stayed a week and had housekeeping come 2 times. All the other time we had to ask for the room to be cleaned and clean towels. Even then they didn't really clean much. The TV was excellent. The refrigerator was clean and worked well. The front desk seemed like they were to busy to help you. When we checked in I told them that expedia said I was supposed to pay this price but they were charging me more and the woman said "oh ok" they have the same breakfast everyday. The pool and hot tub was nice.

This hotel needs an update ventilation system they had a note while checking in to close bathroom while showering due poor ventilation that causes the fire alarm to go off. That is not the staffs fault this the company's fault. They also had many dehumidifiers lining the hallways. We normally enjoy staying at Holiday Inn but this one needs some up keep and some maintenance.

The whole staff was very very very nice, helpful and friendly from the front help desk to the maids and the breakfast staff and when I tell you the food was A1, thank you all for a lovely no hassle stay!!

Our room was not clean. The carpet was really old & gross, I was afraid to touch it barefoot. There was hair on the bathroom floor & the lamp shade was splattered with something. We were there on a busy weekend for a football tournament and of course, all hotels around us were sold out. I read so many positive reviews on Expedia before booking this hotel. I’m not sure where they stayed, but they didn’t stay at this one. The staff was nice, but not helpful or informative.. Overall this hotel felt rundown. I would not stay here again.

The shower was not clean. We were told to keep the bathroom door shut after you shower, so the fire alarm doesn't go off.

Rooms where clean they have nice pool area. My only complaint was the breakfast selection was not very good. I would stay there again.

Beds were comfy and other than the ants the room was nice . There was ants in the room . Like a lot of ants . Woke up to our snacks ,that were wrapped up , covered in ants and we saw ants in the bathroom right when we checked in as well . The lady who checked us in was nice but strange and VERY slow
