Hampton Inn Muskogee

It was fine.

Clean room, but rest of hotel out of date. Breakfast wasn’t good for a Hampton, plastic tasting food. Garbage cans were dirty and overflowing.

Nice room. Comfortable beds and nice updated bathrooms. My kids loved the pool. I enjoyed the Peloton in the gym. The breakfast with waffles were very good! The only thing I can criticize is that the indoor pool area was ridiculously hot. I could not even stand to be in there to watch my child swim. They would let you open the doors for air. It was the hottest indoor pool air I’ve ever been too. If you were in the pool you were cool and fine. So, I watched my child through the glass windows.

Hot tub and sauna were both closed so that was disappointing. First day continental breakfast was not great, it was much better the second day.

No complaints...if ever in the area again, this will be my go-to- place.

Great breakfast and staff; great location

The breakfast was great, clean, and fresh. I liked my room at the end of the hall. I would say my only complaint was for a 200 night, there were a couple of stains on the carpet, so I kept my flip flops on. Other than that staff was nice, and location was quiet.

The staff was very nice.

Very clean, nice breakfast, friendly front desk. Our bathroom door didn't close all the way, stuck open 2 inches.

Everything was great. I traveled with 3 sisters and they never had any complaints It was all great

This hotel really impressed me - and that says a lot. The staff are very nice - they actually care about what they are doing and our comfort. The rooms are excellent - clean, modern, and very, very thoughtfully designed - the little touches are very unusual, useful. The room was quiet. The bed comfortable. We had no problem getting on their internet and found that it ran without delay. The morning breakfast was much above what you find in most places. They had every thing from scones to premade omelets, etc., etc. If you leave hungry, it is your own fault. We travel a lot and this is the best hotel weve stayed in a long time. A true value for the money. We will be back! Thanks!!!!!!

Staff was wonderful and helpful. The room was sub standard. The hand held shower did not work and obviously was broken. The floor in the bathroom and hall were totally wet with water. At midnight, Audrey came up with towels to put all over the floor. Very disappointed in my stay here.

Easy to work with and great location

This hotel stay was what I expected. I have stayed at other similar hotels in this area and they are all about the same. The room was fine and large enough. The breakfast which is included was typical with some hot items and pastries etc. I usually stick to oatmeal, yogurt and the make it yourself waffles which were good. Fruit options are not good. The main complaint was one set of elevators and an outside side door were non operational and didn't appear to be fixed any time soon. Easy walk to a Starbucks and the Olive Garden though. Easy to access the main roads from Hotel.

Close to other amenities! Nothing, everything was as it should be.

The only complaints that I have are that the elevator was not working properly on the front of the building. The other is that you should have a mechanism where the occupants can access Netflix for free. Lol

Location was near event People stuck on elevator. Double charged friends room. Didn't clean room over three day stay

Spacious room Bed was like sleeping on concrete and room was stained in bathroom

Might've been bad luck for the hotel as well as myself, but during the stay the ac in the room kept freezing over. One of the elevators broke down. One of the doors to outside was out of order. The ice maker on the floor I was on was out of order. Plus being next to the stairs, the door slammed so loud and often it was quite annoying. The staff tried to help with the ac issue, but the hotel was sold out so no extra available rooms for the stay.

We’ve stayed here before over the years but it’s really gone downhill. Beds were horrible. Definitely will stay at other properties next time
