Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Muskogee

Pretty much nothing. But staff was nice. First they had a fire in lobby week before we arrived that set off water sprinkler . Mildew and smoke smell throughout. No notice or even a discount. Beds sleep like a brick. Dated facility. My last stay here.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms Under construction. Pool was not opened and we were unaware of the situation. I booked due to the indoor pool. Breakfast was okay

My staff was almost excellent. The facility was experiencing some updates and therefore a little construction was going on. However, the plastic sheeting and prior notification of what I would see was appreciated and very helpful. All the staff from the front desk to the servers for breakfast to the housekeeping staff were very friendly. Made the stay pleasant!

The staff was friendly and courteous. It was in a good location. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and hair dryer were furnished.

New software at checkin made checkin slow

Couldn’t watch Netflix because the necessary upgrades have not been made, despite it showing up on the guide.

The staff at the Marriott Muskogee are exceptional. The front desk person was extremely cordial and understood my exhaustion from car trouble, and got me in a room quickly! I recommend staying at this location.

The room had a unpleasant smell and the breakfast was too basic for a 3 star hotel

Didn't eat.

The staff was very nice when I checked in and helped me with issues. The room wasn't clean, there was a piece of toilet paper stuck in the peephole when I arrived. My television wasn't working; however, the receptionist did come to help solve the issues. Once the receptionist arrived, I had to move a large wooden HEAVY TV cabinet so she could reach the HDMI cord that was conveniently lying under the cabinet which resulted in another Herculean feat of strength by myself to free said cord, which was promptly plugged in making the television work. No need to hit the weights my workout was completed upon check in! As far as comfort, the room was decent except for my neighbors, who apparently were trying out for American Gladiators or the new season of COPS, based on the constant door slamming, Marijuana smoke and F-bombs coming from the door every hour, which I can only assume is an hourly reminder to the other meth addicts that, "All is well!" I went to speak to the night receptionist to ask her if she could speak to Methew and Methany about the noise, as my frequent knocks on their door were not answered, I can only assume this was during a rest period for the diligent hourly town criers! I went to speak to the night manager about the situation, and was met with the sight of her blissful slumber at the front desk. I decided to let her rest, at least one of us would be able to catch a few winks before Methew and Methany continued their valiant mission for the remainder of the night!!!!

Stay away and delist this property Obviously foreign ownership
