Very tiny rooms and weird location

Great stay was on in town for a quick weekend trip but the place was very nice!

Good breakfast, nice staff!

The only reason for the 4 star review was that you could hear everything said in the hallways.

Nothing exceptional. Just ok.

Expedia and hotel were uncooperative to my request.

Light burned out couldnt see when entering room, bathroom dirty-hair on shampoo bottle, in sink, bath fan didnt work, tp and tissues horrible quality and no refill tp in room, shower old kept spraying out into room, slippery tub, tv didnt work properly, breakfast not fresh, fruit old and all bruised, just very disappointing overall

The rooms were clean, the gentleman at the desk overnight was very helpful at check in. Great contenintal breakfast assortment.

Convenient location. Bathroom did not look clean, hair on the toilet seat. 2 toiletries were available 1 lotion and 1 conditioner, where’s the shampoo? Two bath towels only for 3 guests. Floor had foot prints everywhere. Felt gross overall. For what I paid, I expected a little more. The price overall was not cheap, there were cheaper options around the area. Would not stay there again.

Our room was modern but showed signs of damage. Like water damage or possiably mold. It smelled funky and our room wasn't ready when we arrived early. Breakfast was almost empty by 8:30am. Otherwise, it was a described. Not really buget friendly for the price we paid with insurance.

Starting with check in. I called a number I found on the front desk 3 times before a group of employees walked down the hall and I asked one of them to check me in. He seemed annoyed hecouldnt stay with the group and keep chatting and had to work. We stayed for 4 days. Each day we took the kids to swim atleast once. They always said the towels were being washed and to use our room towels. Even when we went as soon as the pool opened in the mornings and stopped atthe desk before we got in. We had to beg for new room towels on the night of day 2. There were 4 of us in a room with 3 towels. We were also told there was not a spare blanket or sheet in the entire hotel. Most mornings breakfast pans were all but empty and again our group went between 6:15-8am. Our bathroom smelled heavily of pot when we first walked in the door and took 2 days to dissipate. It was like the staff had smoked in it while "cleaning it." We had 4 rooms. One of the other rooms smelled of rotten meat the entire time. We come to Muskogee often but have never stayed here and never will again.

The only flaw was the pool was very chilly and I had children that couldn’t enjoy it.

Well located and clean space.
