Refrigerator in the room did not work. Talk to maintenance he said he would be right up and he never showed up and I stayed 4 nights and never showed. Asked at desk 3 times. Breakfast ok but not great. Loose floor tiles in my room so had to be careful. Price reflects the issues so...

Someone pulled the fire alarm in the middle of the night. The night clerk just sat on the curb with no shoes on and was not dressed appropriately to be at work. No one seemed in charge. Everything else was okay. I would stay again however I feel the staff lacks professionalism.

Just stayed for the night. It was quiet. Was musty smelling

The room smelled musty/mildewy. The pillows were extreamly small, the door had decent damage from banging into the bathroom door multiple times making it difficult to properly shut the door. The biscuits were extreamly dry and hard by 8am.

It was a busy weekend for the hotel, as there was a sports tournament. it did delay room entry. i wasn’t able to get keys until 6pm and when i received the keys the room still was in the process of being turned over. while my room didn’t have an odor, the rest of the teams rooms had an odor to the point they got candles and room sprays. breakfast was hot and good though. staff was very helpful.

Rooms and front entrance were very clean, there was one lady at the front desk whom was super kind and helpful after that everyone pretty much just stared at me if I needed something but didn't come over or offer to help. The breakfast had a good selection of food and the whole family enjoyed it.

Check in time 3 pm so they can have rooms clean. I checked in after 3 they only had one clean room. I got in room air conditioner was broken and bathroom had hair in floor.

Terrible because they gave my room away even after attempting 3 times to check in because I knew I’d be late and all the hotels in the area would be booked. The lady said she’d make a note on my account (which she did) and the manager still canceled my room claiming he couldn’t get in touch with me even though you had my phone number and email. The only emails I received were can’t wait for your stay and your stay is coming up soon emails. NOTHING about getting my room canceled. I had two small kids with me finding another hotel at 8pm 40 minutes away was HORRIBLE!

I had two rooms one room was done when we got there the other room we couldn’t get into it till 9 o’clock because they only had one housekeeper and our first room smelt straight like mold

Unfortunately wasn't to happy, checked in got to the room and couldn't even get regular TV they wanted u to sign in on RokuTv, which was irritating there was a huge amount of dust on the bathroom fan and looked to me mold in the corner of the bath tub. The lobby didn't even look clean with crumbs all over the tables. Not to happy with the property

Breakfast was pretty good, room was fresh and clean. Bed was very comfortable and slept well. Hallway was quiet (a huge plus for weary travelers)!

When 1st walking in room the odor in the room was terrible. The bed had two small square pillows on bed. Was very uncomfortable. Would recommend bringing your own pillow. Save yourself some neck pain. The closet door was off its tracks. Just leaned up against the other one. The Breakfast was just okay. The staff was friendly though.

I believe that because they are changing ownership the property was in bad shape the cleaning could have been better bed sheets were in bad condition floors tile need to be replaced as well carpet and furniture . I would say wait until new owner takes over because my stay was horrible. Breakfast was great !
