SureStay by Best Western Muskogee

Breakfast was pretty good, room was fresh and clean. Bed was very comfortable and slept well. Hallway was quiet (a huge plus for weary travelers)!

When 1st walking in room the odor in the room was terrible. The bed had two small square pillows on bed. Was very uncomfortable. Would recommend bringing your own pillow. Save yourself some neck pain. The closet door was off its tracks. Just leaned up against the other one. The Breakfast was just okay. The staff was friendly though.

The 3rd floor was not completed, had no phone service in the room.

I believe that because they are changing ownership the property was in bad shape the cleaning could have been better bed sheets were in bad condition floors tile need to be replaced as well carpet and furniture . I would say wait until new owner takes over because my stay was horrible. Breakfast was great !

Older property that has been renamed. The pool was closed and overall clean but old

The staff member at the desk when we checked in was very helpful. Rooms were clean and quiet, except when the fire alarm was pulled as a prank by some children. Fortunately, that was early enough that we weren't wakened by it. Breakfast had some hot options of eggs, sausage, and waffles. We would stay here again.

We just stayed overnight was outperform breakfast ever started. But everything was good. No complaints

Very clean

My ac unit did not work in the room. Staff was notified at night not moved. Next day maintenance said the compressor was not working. Still not moved or no refund

Pillows were uncomfortable and too small

Room bed had a piece of metal sticking out which caught my shin caused me to fall, and my knee was badly injured

The property is still in renno. The room was neat and clean,but only two pillows.(the kind used on couches) They did find a couple of regular ones for us finally. No butt kit in the smoking area. It was messy. I guess all the rooms have a Kuerig in them,bring your own coffee. The stuff downstairs had a lot to be desired,all powdered.

The staff was our MOST favorite part of our stay. The coffee was outstanding. The room was clean and cool. The staff made sure we were well taken care of, including desk crew, night crew, maintenance and Kristen. Maybe got her name wrong. They were all delightful.

The room was in very bad shape and wasn’t clean. When we first checked in and went into the room we were not pleased with its condition. Since it wasn’t very clean, we pulled back the comforter to make sure that the bedding was clean, thinking maybe we could make it work. It was fine, but we just couldn’t get past the condition of the rest of the room. There were stains on the chair, ottoman, walls, and ceiling. The laminate on the tv stand had a corner broken off and was peeled back on the other side. The tile by the bathroom was cracked. The sink drain cover was broken. The two lamps by the bed had shades that had been crushed and were hanging off of the fixtures. I went to the front desk to request a refund. The person “filling in while the attendant went to Walmart” was in a t-shirt that said “alright, alright, alright”, but was very polite. I waited for the actual attendant to return. She informed me that, after she talked to the manager, she would not be able to give me a full refund since we messed with the bed and she would have to call someone in from housekeeping to re-clean the room. I told her that the reason for the refund request was that the room was not clean. She said “the room is clean.” Basically, I got charged a $50 “cleaning fee” because I wasn’t happy that the room wasn’t clean. Also, the hallways and stairwell were covered in dirt, debris, and possibly pet hair. I was so frustrated that I cut my trip short and drove directly home.

Everything good, could of used some fruit on the breakfast bar

It's really close to the Renaissance Festival. Breakfast was decent. Staff was helpful.
