Clean. Staff was super nice

The bed was very comfortable. The furnishings and decor are poor quality and unattractive. The room furniture is really cheaply made, like basic pressed wood, no drawers, etc. The room AC was loud. The breakfast was sub-par.

We brought our dogs since it was advertised as pet friendly. No instructions were given at check in or on our prior stay or on the booking app regarding pet policy. After our first full day we were then told that someone had to be in the room with the pets at all times making it impossible to continue with the activities planned for our visit so we left a day early even though it was already paid for. We had planned to spend money which would have benefited the local economy. Going forward it would be nice if you let people know up front what your pet policy rules are. You cannot take pets to most places we would have wanted to visit. The dogs are well behaved and not destructive so not understanding why all of a sudden it was an issue.

Awesome

The lady at the desk was great!!!

I liked the location The seatback on the office chair was broken so I could not lean back on it. The bedsheet on top of the mattress had hundreds of small pieces of material that you could pick off but was not comfortable. the toilet seat was so loose it felt like it was going to come off.

Elevator needs work and the bathroom sink in the room was messed up. Just needs some maintenance.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the a/c was quiet. All important things I look for in a hotel. The sink faucet was strangely loud as was the next door room's sink. It was loud enough to wake you if your neighbor decided to use the sink in the middle of the night! Also, the in room refrigerator made a low but noticeable noise. I was tempted to unplug it. Earplugs helped.

Great stay!

I spent over $400 for two night stay in a motel that should have cost in the $70 range the only way they can get that much money for that room was because everyone else was sold out completely dissatisfied property the rooms and the breakfast I could understand if I was paying $70 for this room for that instead I paid over $200 per night

Staff were super nice and helpful and very clean facility. Lobby coffee not so good but starbucks is right across the parking lot.
-
You can tell this was an older facility that had been somewhat remodeled. Patches in ceiling slight smoke smell in hall way and stuff floating in pool - stayed out as wasn’t sure how it’s been serviced. That said, pet friendly goes a long way.
-
The room had some space in it and the television channels were not too bad either. The front desk guy was super nice we accidentally spilt dog food in the lobby and he cleaned up super fast. The television could’ve been louder like had to turn it up to 35 to hear what the actors/ actresses had to say , more bathroom space like the toilet was too close to the door.

This was a fairly new hotel or recently remodeled. The beds and sheets were so comfy....the hotel was kept very clean and I am super picky. Overall, a great stay.
-
The hotel was newly renovated, and therefore clean. However.
