I'll stay again

Reserved a room and prepaid through Expedia, then I was told there was no reservation for me I pulled up the reservation and showed that it was confirmed and paid, and kept claiming that the reservation was for another hotel in the area and refused to let me check in then snapped at me to talk to expedia and walked away. I’ve stayed here several times in the past and have always been very satisfied with the experience, particularly at the rate because it is clean, comfortable, safe, and surprisingly quiet despite having full or near full capacity whenever I’ve stayed here previously. I will probably give it another try in the future but this was a significant hassle and I felt that the issue with the reservation was understandable and could have been resolved without leaving such a bad taste in my mouth if the employee had been willing to address it as a system error, as the Expedia rep explained it, however, she instead chose to dismiss/insist that I was mistaken on the location that I had reserved despite being shown multiple times with multiple references to the name and address/location of the property

The room was attractively furnished and clean. The staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast was limited.

I’ve stayed here before. Everything was good and quiet. Breakfast needs some help. There’s just a few options. Juice, coffee, some cereal, oatmeal and wrapped up sweets

The convenience and distance to where I need to be was close. Friendly place.

Small breakfast room. Good coffee. Cleanin staf wasgreat. Appeared there were numerous guest hangin around the parking lot smoking next to others rooms. Maybe thereshould be a designated smoking area.

Breakfast should be served to at least 10 or 11, housekeeping don't knock loud enough,came in earlier

Construction workers took up parking spots with their equipment is all. The coffee pot in the room is not a k cup kind of one that I’m used to.

Good location, quiet room, good price. There wasn’t much of a breakfast offered.

The hotel seemed well maintained. The bed and toilets were presented nicely. The room was clean. The AC worked wonderfully. The bathroom area had adequate space. I have a very picky taste in mattresses and pillows. That being said the mattress and pillows were not as good as my own, but that is what I anticipated. The bed and the pillows were suffucient. The complimentary breakfast bar coffee cups could use an upgrade. The cups offered to patrons were the celophane sealed cups that typically are found in most hotel rooms. This cups didn't have a lid and were relatively small. It would be nice to have a more substantial cup with a lid so it is easier to take with you.

Location to where I needed to be was great. The room was very musky and smelled of mold. Sheets were ripped. Cleanliness was sub-par at best. Checked out a day early and man at front desk would not give me a receipt show checkout early. He was rude with an attitude.

Alot of flying bugs right outside of your door

Quiet for the most part but nothing the hotel could have fixed. Water pressure and temperature was great. Beds were comfortable and nice though a bit high. Nice sized TV, decent microwave, good fridge as well. Lighting was acceptable too. Air conditioner worked great. My room didnt have the extra lock it normally would have. It had been broken off. Not that it would stop intruders but gives an extra layer of comfort and security. The soap/shampoo dispenser in the shower hasn't been properly cleaned in a while. Since the property sit just off a main highway, the traffic noise was slightly annoying. Also a trailer park sits directly behind the property and even though it was a whole month before the 4th of July, they chose to set off fireworks at 9:30 at night.

It was an exceptionally great value. Quiet, super bed, coffee in room.
