Breakfast should be served to at least 10 or 11, housekeeping don't knock loud enough,came in earlier

Nice room, good location

The coffee pot in the room is not a k cup kind of one that I’m used to.

Location to where I needed to be was great. The room was very musky and smelled of mold. Sheets were ripped. Cleanliness was sub-par at best. Checked out a day early and man at front desk would not give me a receipt show checkout early. He was rude with an attitude.

The soap/shampoo dispenser in the shower hasn't been properly cleaned in a while. Since the property sit just off a main highway, the traffic noise was slightly annoying. Also a trailer park sits directly behind the property and even though it was a whole month before the 4th of July, they chose to set off fireworks at 9:30 at night.

It was an exceptionally great value. Quiet, super bed, coffee in room.

We have stayed here several times and have always been pleased with the service.

It's a good, clean room. No problems. Good value for what I paid. Check-in was a bit dicey. The person at the front desk initially told me that they were already fully booked, even though I had a reservation. I was advised not to use Booking in the future, but to call the hotel directly, to make sure they have rooms. It all worked out in the end, but for a short time, I thought I was going to have to go somewhere else.

literally nothing. Lady at check in was loud and spoke as if we were idiots. She repeated multiple times that since our room was through booking, she might not have it available and they "prioritize workers and visitors of a nearby center" to fill their rooms. She claimed they were booked out for at least 4 years, but then was able to get our room (that we easily booked online because they were in fact not full). After her attitude we went to the rooms and discovered the toilets leaked.

All ‘round great hotel, 10/10

Quick to find and a comfortable place to stay. We stay here every time we are passing through.

The microwave in our room didn't work so she pulled it out and moved it to the desk. Told us to use the plug there to make it work until someone came to fix it.

Clean rooms. Quiet. Breakfast! Affordable. We have stayed there since the last 6 years , every weekend during Renaissance festival time.
