Elevators we wonky, staff was not helpful, and ice machine was not convenient! Hotel was good. We always stay here after our floating trip.

the checkin process being easy and the staff being friendly were the best part of this property. the room was musty, had hair from previous occupant in the shower, and the floor was dirty. the hallways smelled terrible, and the far end stunk of dog pee.

I’m not sure whose fault it was but I booked a handicap room for my daughter and we didn’t get that and they said they didn’t have one available.

No outside noise!

The lady that checked me in was unprofessional and was holding g a conversation with another employee about life while she was suppose to be checking me in. I didnt know about the 250 dollar deposit that she siad was cash only but after a few minutes she said i could put it on my card. The hallway had a baD odor and the carpet was dirty, my dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and stinking the housekeepers was very loud they spoke to each other by yelling from one end of the hall to the other.

What started out as a great stay ended after we had checked out and down the road about 20 mins when the hotel called my cell phone saying we had stolen 4 pillows!! I said No ma'am the only pillow we took with us is the one that my husband always brings from home and intact he had forgotten to grab it and the lady brought it down to us before he left, they were blowing my phone up about us taking 4 pillows!!! I called them back a few minutes later to have them check the cameras and t the lady at the front desk said oh it wasn't y'all it was room 320 not yours, not sure we will go back after this!!!

Booked through the app got there to check in guy said he found the reservation but needed my card then proceeded to swipe it for an additional $113 without even letting me know what he was doing or why just swiped my card like it belonged to him,

No breakfast

The maid staff disturbed us twice while we had a do not disturb magnet on the door.

Tv would not work even after being fixed still didnt work

Nothing Everything and the fact they charged my card to times my room was 249 they took out all together 500 dollars out of my account

Check in took a long time due to only one person working (not front desk girls fault she was a sweetheart) , several different men walking through staring all gross like, stinky halls, and rooms. Not a safe place to stay alone unless you are packing.

Floors not very clean and highway noise is very loud.

The bed kept sliding the mastest off of the frame,you hit your legs on the frame and it hurts. Ice machine did not work no ice. Cover was of very poor quality. Had a handicap person chech up in a very long time for him to get everything done.

The location was perfect. Easy to find. Only one accessible elevator. Room was on far end, making the walk challenging.
