Just lacked a broom & dustpan to sweep up the leftover sand from the beach. Laundry was a huge bonus.

Beautiful hotel with great view

Cleanest hotel ever!

I booked this room over 6 months prior to my vacation, and to be honest, I had forgotten what I booked. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was absolutely lovely. I was traveling with a large group and we were well taken care of. I would recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a hotel with a bit of a home feel. No restaurant, so no room service, but there was a mini kitchen with full size appliances and dishes, cookware, and utensils, if you were so inclined. The bed was a absolute dream. Haven’t slept that well in quite sometime. It was so nice, I am even considering the time share route.

Great to do laundry in the room, it was a clean suite and most importantly, the he staff was incredible.

We had a wonderful weekend. The listing stated it was supposed to have a jetted tub. My wife talk to the hostess and the communication and transparency of things that may “not be to standard” and discrepancies was 10/10 and tbh that’s all I can really ask for. Conveniently located to some premium eats as well. Will definitely stay again.

Valet parking was a plus especially if your handicap

We arrived earlier but checked in after 4 pm. Lady at the front desk told us we have to wait till 5 pm then our room will be available. Horrible

Rooms were slightly outdated

The property had hair in shower and sink I had to clean that the bed was so uncomfortable very cheap made had metals on the mattress the living room furniture sofa was awful not comfortable at all then the bathroom door would not even close had chunks of the paint gone just horrible looking and hole was in the bathroom door why not replace the door the smoke detectors did not work one was making a noise and missing one with wires hanging out of the wall the room was not good at all very disappointing the laundry door is in awful shape also definitely this room needs work very bad

We've stayed at this property before but about 10 years ago and the rooms are not as great as they were then. No upgrades has been done to the rooms at all (or at least the one we stayed in). The wood smelled very old which made it a little difficult for me to sleep. The night stand drawer was broken which wasn't realized until I tried to open it to store some of my things. Luckily my reaction was quick and strong and the heavy drawer didn't fall on my toes! Our overall stay was great! I just hope my small complaint about the room malfunction and smell will be addressed.

Everything was ok

Wonderful place for a wonderful family vacation. My only complaint is they give a very short window to clean your room and would not accommodate for my daughter’s nap.

We had a relaxing stay and we will be back at the hotel in the future.
