No restaurant ……. the Hilton sight which this property is part of said “dogs not allowed choose another property” and we chose this property because of no dogs policy, but dogs barking and whining was heard in rooms during our stay

From the time I checked in to the time I checked out the staff was very helpful. The best customer service I've had in a long time. The valet staff was superb; they went out of their way to assist us.

Room was very clean. This was my second trip to this hotel and I can't wait to come back. Amenities are great!!!

One of my favorite places to stay. Rooms are always clean and nice. View is amazing. Staff is super friendly and attentive.

The pools were clean and we only ran out of towels one day. This was off season so in season at this resort may be quite crowded. We have stayed at other locations in Myrtle Beach and like the pool layouts of other locations better but that is personal preference. The location is good providing walking access to most features and restaurants you could want. It also was never excessively noisy or crowded while walking. I did not use the spa so I cannot comment on that. The workout room was sufficient to get in daily workouts with enough weights to at least provide challenge if you are creative and was never busy.

Had to pay $20 per day to park a block away. Never had to do that before. Don't plan to do it again.

Overall a clean, fun hotel. Great for kids and right on the beach. Cool view too, and felt like a condo more than a basic room.

Chair had dirty arms. Light in the kitchen wasn't working. Cable plug for the TV needs fixed. Furniture had lots of nicks and dings. Probably should have replaced the furniture a year ago. There really is no excuse for blatant obvious issues.

It was a very good experience,very comfortable

The view was awesome and staff were nice but the room was not clean compared to the first visit there. I did not appreciate housekeeping coming into our room before we had checked out. We had went down to carry luggage to car and when we returned to the room they had been in the room and took the do not disturb sign off door and left door cracked open. We still had 30 minutes before checkout.

Clean room, friendly and efficient staff. Wonderful stay!

Maya at the front desk was amazing! The unit was comfortable. There was even a washer and dryer.
