The check in process was very simple, the staff at the front desk seemed very kind and supportive and the room i stayed in was fully stocked with everything my partner and I could need

Great place to stay. Definitely staying there next time.

The broom in the room didn’t have a handle, so we couldn’t sweep and our kids were messy. . I asked for one at the front desk, but never received one. Other than that it was perfect.

We had a one King size room on the 22nd Floor absolutely Gorgeous water pressure was fine nice balcony view of Ocean Kitchen Great. When booking on-line it never mentioned about parking fees of $12 per night...I was looking forward towards the Sauna which was under repair along with indoor pool and jacuzzi which was a great disappointment also one of the outdoor pools were closed which lead to heavy crowding in the other pool the Front Desk Kathy was very nice Also be prepared for early checking they will charge you our room was not ready til 4pm..If it was up to standards I would recommend but I'm highly disappointed especially paying high end prices Will contact Management Good Luck

Parking is a problem. paid to park and had to also pay for public parking. Staff is not happy and welcoming, except for the older security guard working parking he was very nice. Property was very nice and clean,

The resort was ok. A little loud and party feel for my liking. The pools and lazy river were rather small and very crowded. There wasn’t any pool towels yet they wanted you dry to enter the building. The beds were very uncomfortable and made resting difficult. They didn’t have any shampoo or conditioner or body wash in the bathrooms. Had to go to another resort next door because the store inside the resort didn’t have any. The parking garage is very compact and not suitable for taller vehicles. The exit is also the entrance. Also don’t put the address of the resort into maps or it will take you to a different location 30 minutes away. The only way maps could find the right place was by putting in the resort name.

I didn’t like the fact that there was no housekeeper during our stay. Also, the ceiling in the restroom starting leaking the morning before we checked out. Also we came back in the room to find a large puddle of water in the hallway with no indication of where it had came from. Only to call the front desk multiple times and got no answer . We were told prior that maintenance would be coming by the room.

The only downside was that someone staying on the floor below us smoked on their balcony, and the cigarette smoke occasionally reached our room. This made our stay uncomfortable and unpleasant at times. I believe the hotel should provide clearer guidance and enforce its non-smoking policy more effectively. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope the hotel will address this issue for future guests.

I didn’t even stay at the property because it was mold all over the room it smells like vomit so I refused to stay because of breathing difficulties I nor my kids can be around those unsanitary conditions I took pictures of mild and debris from ventilation system and all over room

Only thing I was not crazy about was parking garage. Not enough room for two cars to go through in a lot of places and the ramps to other floors only fit one car.

this property is a very poor choice. Pay a fee to Expedia and additional to the hotel. The room was damp and two days of pools of water throughout the hall way, drains in bathroom not working properly. The front desk said that we did not complain, a blatant lie. Maintaince was in the room several times until the repair was made on the third day. I would not recommend that hotel to anyone!!!! I was charged a 48 dollar fee for parking after being told the additional fee was owed to Expedia. Another lie.

I don’t think they had enough staff to clean the rooms. The good thing was it was on the beach, we had a balcony and the view was amazing. If you are a smoker and like to smoke with a cocktail in the evening or coffee in the morning forget about it. The designated area was in a loading dock! Choose wisely!
