The parking lot has only one entrance and one exit, which made it very difficult to drive around safely. We had to drive carefully and constantly watch out for other cars to avoid a collision. At one point, people suddenly came out between the rows of cars, which made the situation even more stressful. Overall, the parking experience was very frustrating and unpleasant.

The room was clean but they put us on 19th floor after asking no higher than 6 floor. Everyday we had to go to front desk for them to get our room key working even on the first time we tried to get in room. No clean towels were provided during our stay. The hotel staff was not very friendly. The place was clean and facilities was well maintained but service was terrible. Will not stay again at this location.
