Clean room. Everyone was friendly. Basic breakfast.

The property was well maintained and clean. The key card mechanisms on each door were broken so we had to ask the front desk to let us into our room every time we came and went. That is the only grievance.

The absolute worst experience ever. The y had no keys and one desk clerk. Everytime you left and came back you had to wait on the clerk to let you into your room. It smelled like sewer water everywhere. The elevator gets stuck and opens when it want. Then when we went out to the beach at night and came back there was no clerk until 4 am and we stayed in the car. I have videos and all for proof. I need my stay refunded IMMEDIATELY!

Door locks did not work. Someone had to let us into the room every time we went anywhere. You could get let into any room and they wouldn't know. No security at all. Did not offer a discount or anything. Had a $500 fee for vaping in the room. I dont even vape but this seems ridiculous. What damage could warrant this? Pool was cloudy and lobby had portable AC units everywhere. Do some maintenance guys! There were some I’m sorry donuts in the lobby but they were all gone! Lame

First of the keys didn't work for room. Everytime we left the room we had to wait to get back in our room. The room wasn't clean. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

When we arrived the keys were not available due to some system issue. The staff let us in anytime we needed to get in. The double beds were not queen they were full size. Not enough towels in the room, went to front desk to get some more, the large towels were not available. Overall this was an ok stay for what we needed. We came to Myrtle beach one day before an original booking of a condo on the beach. So we needed a place to lay overnight. Would I stay here for a week NO. But again it did the job for an overnight stay. Also the staff was very nice which made the lack of room accommodations manageable.

The hotel was in shambles. Extension cords taped all over the ground. Fans, blowers, and extractors everywhere. Door lock systems didn’t work. Anytime we need to get into our rooms where to wait 10 to 15 minutes for somebody to open the door. They double charged me a check-in. Then on the way home I found a $400 charge on my account. you can’t call the hotel because their phone systems are broken or down. No way to contact management. Dogs barking all night long. Part of the ceiling was falling apart in my room. Dog hair all over the floor. Even found a dog two toy underneath one of the chair chairs. Did not find the room very clean at all. And again no one to contact, no one to call, no help whatsoever. when you try to call the hotel phone number you get an automatic recording that the phone lines are dead. If the hotel is in this bat of shape, it shouldn’t be open for business.

That is the reason for any low ratings. Up until that, all was nice. I have to say the staff was great, and they did refund everyone for that days stay.

It needs to be known they are in a remodel, half the things didn’t work room keys wouldn’t work had to wait for them to unlock doors each time air conditioning wasn’t good then was told by receptionist breakfast was ready 6-10 nope 645 nothing was ready guy told us it would be ready at 7

Location only We were not given key to our room; we were escorted in and out by a maintenance worker. Room was not ready when we arrived at check in time. We were uncomfortable and we asked for discounted price and was denied.

Nothing to be liked. As soon as we got there the fire alarm started ringing. We were heading to the third floor to enter our room. The floor was flooded with water. We went down stairs to the lobby and the ceiling started dropping off and the whole lobby was flooded. We were exhausted from a long drive and we wanted o go to our room and rest. We were waiting more than 2 hours to get a solution but no management on site to make a decision. Eventually we were allowed to cancel and look for another hotel. We had to pay almost double to book another hotel. It has been more ten days and we did not get our refunds. We did not stay there and nothing to like
