The rooms were clean and well stocked, the front desk has no hesitation to give you any extra supplies if asked, and the breakfast was hot and constantly restocked during every hour of the morning! Would stay again for a week!

Beds aren’t the best and the hotel lobby smells like mildew. Breakfast is the same every morning.. Staff is very helpful and beach is very close to hotel .. aside from the few things I stated our stay was pretty good.

The staff was very helpful checking me in when I had a problem booking from my phone. The breakfast was well above what others offer. Room was very clean. I would stay there again choosing them first above others.

I read the reviews before booking and thought I made a good choice. Upon arrival, the hotel appeared to be clean and well maintained. I didn’t have any issues with any staff members during my stay. I walk into every hotel room with microban and Clorox wipes. As I was wiping things down, I noticed hair in my shower and a fake press on nail left on the floor. These were minor but still an indication that there was not a thorough cleaning. Then came the bedbug crawling by my child. I called the front desk and was moved to another room but was a little surprised at the lack of “shock” or concern about bedbugs. I had to wait for the manager to arrive but this was nationals week for dance and we had to get to the venue on time. I didn’t have time to unpack and finding another room was proving to be impossible. We went back to our hotel in the evening and I started inspecting the mattresses. Another bedbug decided to appear and at this point I was back on the phone trying to find another hotel that didn’t cost a kidney. I had to hold my daughter on my lap as she slept. Luckily I do not keep my bags unzipped at any hotel and I hang our clothes in the closet or on our luggage. The hotel did offer a refund for the room. I just believe that they are aware of this issue considering no one seemed surprised and not one time did anyone ever apologize for this issue. They were definitely pleasant and accommodating but no show of concern for bedbugs. Never staying again!

It took over four hours to fix a problem with the TV. The phone didn’t work, but it was fixed. The sheets felt rough and had attached lint balls. I’m glad it was only a one-night stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The pool area was clean & inside the hotel also was clean especially the elevators

First check in room ceilings were falling in and room did not lock. Credit to the front desk finding me another room on the 4th floor near midnight that was like a different hotel and much nicer. First room should be fully rehabbed before renting again

Everything was good however you will have a 16.00 charge I think for parking but however everything else was excellent

Great location. Right beside 17. Friendly's restaurant right beside it if you get hungry. Nice pool, great breakfast in the morning. If you plan on going to the beach might be a bit of a walk. Several blocks
