I liked that is was on the beach,and it was close to everything.I didnt like the beds,the shower curtain was about to fall.But over all was a good 3 night stay.

Affordable and oceanfront.

When we arrived someone else was in our room. there is no one there on site. They gave us a code and someone else was in there. They gave us another room. No one ever came by to clean our room. They never brought us clean towels. The trash can outside was overflowing.

Location is ideal! Everything else is poor! There is literally no one on site. They sent us a link for check in and it didn't work, had to call multiple phone numbers to contact someone. Our double bed room had one blanket for two beds, and no one was there. I messaged them and didn't hear back. The floors were disgusting! My crawling baby had black legs when I put him down in the first five minutes, so I couldn't put him down. Our feet were black so we never took our shoes off. The sink was leaking in the bathroom. There are lots of signs "no smoking" with a fine $$, but again no one is there, so lots of smoking. I figured we were getting budget with the "cheaper" option, but it still wasn't cheap and didn't meet basic hotel or motel standards. You're paying for location, which is delivered, but don't expect anything outside of that.

The room was clean and the air conditioning was great. The only issue was the lack of staff onsite and having to communicate through messaging.

Was very disappointed with the room. There was no where to sit except for on the bed. Shower heads need to be changed to something the will give you enough water to rinse off. Wasn’t worth the price I paid.

The walls had spots on them. The parking lot was always packed with people going to the beach and taking up spots from residents. It also gets really loud at night on weekends. When we arrived, one guy was sitting on the steps smoking marijuana. The only good thing about this property was the proximity to the beach even though its the quieter end of the beach and not as well kept as the boardwalk end.

Access to the beach was amazing!!! Check in was easy. Rooms are dated and could use some serious updating but there were no bugs. Doors need to be replaced. Floors in the rooms needed mopping very badly.

To start off there was no lobby staff at all, the shower did not work and when we let them know the maintenance staff lied saying it works it had a literal trickle, no ice machine, dirty bedding and floors, worst place I have ever been ever!

The bathroom shower had black mold. The room walls and ceiling were black with what looked like second hand smoke. Bed and towels had hairs and stains on them. The main light in the room kept flickering and was full of bugs in it. Ac was not very strong for how hot it is. Location was perfect close to the beach.

Great stay. Clean rooms, great customer service. Highly recommend

Where do I start? Unhelpful staff, language barrier, no coffee maker, dirty room, bathroom, and linens upon arrival. I requested clean towels, linens, and for the room to be cleaned. I received new towels and it took multiple phone calls and even more hours to get the new linens. It only happened because I saw housekeeping people outside. Even at that they tried to tell me they already brought them and acted like I was lying about not receiving them. The door would not close properly. I was told that's how they're made and all doors are the same so moving me to another room wouldn't help. Maintenance came the next day after a phone call. He barely spoke to me and didn't tell me he was done, he just left without saying anything. If I had not been relocated there by VRBO on a holiday weekend I would not have stayed there, but I was too exhausted from driving to find another place that didn't charge too much because of the holiday. The worst motel experience of my life!!!! Housekeeping didn't provide toilet paper, so I'm glad I brought my own, and the same with the room trash can liner! I can't believe this place has a 7.0 on Expedia. This place is a 4 at best, and that's because it's on the beach. Expect poor service and to do everything for yourself there, including the cleaning, and to provide your own amenities!!!!

The bottom of the shower curtain in my room was entirely covered in mold as well as sand was in the beds when I arrived and hair was still on the shower wall!!! Contacted property and they refused to refund any portion of my payment. Perfect place to stay if you want to feel dirty the whole time.

Dirty and disgusting!!! I made the mistake of walking on the floor barefooted and my feet were completely black. The floor has never been mopped! The sheets had sand on them so I’m pretty sure they were not washed. In the morning, the housekeeping showed up and did not say hello. They were too busy cursing at one another. We had a reservation for 2 nights but left after the first one and found other accommodations! Stay away!

Hotel was very close to everything and beach was right outside but room wasn’t clean and smelled very strong of smoke and pee bathroom looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all and front entry door never seemed to close all the way but overall stay was ok

2. The chair in the room is broken and cannot be sit on 3. Parking is limited and we did not have parking when we returned in the night 4. Any problem, we need to communicate over messenger and wait for the hotel personnel to respond. They repeat the same questions even after answering them the first time. Rather frustrating. They were responding to me through messenger. 5. There is no active hotel staff 6. Towels were dirty/stained Overall not worth the cost we paid for the Motel (we thought it is a hotel)

it was nice

This was a nice inexpensive place to stay a couple of years ago. No longer. There is no office staff and no one to help. The customer service is a number and they just message you back. TheThe only people that do any thing show up at 9am with a leaf blower (alarm clock)

Bare minimum was done to be able to stay here. Pool clearly hasn’t been cleaned in weeks, bugs, dirt, loud AC units.

The location is very good,the beds are great,there is no service because there is no one there. Had trouble checking in internet tv only internet was to weak to make it work tried communication with got nowhere after two days they said some would come at 10:00 am they did not come ,doors do not seal we got several big bugs coming under door one was in our bed .I stayed in this hotel a couple years ago and loved it but new owners now will not go back
