Absolutely horrible, not family friendly whatsoever. Door didn’t lock from the inside, had to SLAM it to stay shut. Surrounded by what I assumed were homeless junkies-not judging their choice, but will definitely be choosing a different place to stay. The room had no toilet paper or blankets, just sheets, and couldnt warm the room because the ac/heater smelled like burnt chemicals when it was on so we left it off. If it wasn’t already midnight when I got there after driving so long I would have gone elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

There was no staff present the whole time of our stay. My grand children’s feet were black from the floor not being mopped. There were 4 of us in the room and we had 4 towels and 2 wash cloths. We tried multiple times to reach anybody to bring us more. Homeless people were hanging around the playground and tons of pot smoking going on. The pool looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a month. Needless to say it was our first and last time to stay there.

Its is a Motel with a great location. Rooms could be cleaner and staff could be onsite and more accessible but you kind of get what you pay for. So good place if your looking for something cheap.

Overall property was good. Floor is sticky might be due to sea. Staff is very supportive.

I think someone needs to make this right. Renting a room has 2 purposes. A bed and shower. We couldn't use half of the services we paid for . There was trash left in corners of our room, the desk chair is broken, literally bent in half. Found hair on the sheets and the door has no seals on the door so it just lets all air out. Curtains don't stay open without being tied up. The shower is broken the piece is laying in the bathroom. The mirror looks like someone caught it on fire. We have stayed at a lot of place in Myrtle and I'm sad to say this is pretty low on our list if not the bottom.

The property and Experdia refused to accommodate me and my family after we arrived and the place was dirty and items in the unit were broke. I have a complaint file with South Carolina. Its just sad.

Tv remote not working and no toilet paper in my room. Problem is there’s no staff on site to help you with issues that may arise. Had to wait until noon the next day for toilet paper and a working remote. Dead cockroach and flies in room. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Old motel that’s location is the only thing good about it.

They pool was not that clean. The shower head was falling out of the wall. The fabulouso was so strong you coughed whole time you were in the room. It’s really in bad shape the place. There was a homeless person sleeping at the pool. I could continue but what’s the point.
