Staff was very grumpy!!

Charming "classic" Myrtle Beach gem. It's in the Cabana District, which has much less development, so has a secluded feel to it. Gorgeous views of the sunrise from the beach-facing rooms. All of the staff that we interacted with were sweet and helpful.

Decently clean, although not great, kinda sandy floors. Very thin towels, which sucks because the showers splash onto the bathroom floor.

The hotel is right across a small 2-lane road to the beach. So, no issues getting to the beach anytime of day (or night). The hotel is uniquely located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Which I personally appreciate. But if you want the “touristy” crowded area of Myrtle Beach there are closer hotels. Although, you can drive or take a long walk along the beach to those areas which aren’t that far. Overall, this is my personal go-to place when I visit MB, which is 3 or 4 times a year.

This place has gone downhill. I’ve stayed here in the past and it’s been pleasant so I booked a weekend stay and was put in a room that the air didn’t work properly, balcony door would close all the way, grounds weren’t kept up and I got bug bite all over me and suspect bed bugs since I didn’t have them before. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. You can get a cheap room right on the beach for a reason !!

Nice clean rooms. Better than some of the more expensive hotels in the area. Convenient parking and short walk to the beach. We stay at alot of properties around Myrtle for softball and this one ranks at the top.

The bathroom was dirty and the shower was to nasty to get in to shower . Was supposed to have breakfast but they didn't.

With as many good reviews as this property has, we expected so much more. Overall the property is not well taken care of - outdoor areas smelled, missing trim and holes in the walls, the shower needed recaulked, the air conditioning system was loud and did not work well, the air vent in the bathroom was filthy, and the drain stopper was missing. I never received checkout instructions and when I went to check out the lobby area was locked and had a sign saying they would return at 8am - leaving us unclear of the checkout process. I will never stay here again or recommend it.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

One of the biggest highlights of our stay was having such easy, direct access to the beach, especially while traveling with a toddler. We already carry quite a bit with us to make sure we have everything needed for the beach, so being able to simply walk across the street and be right there made things incredibly convenient. Not having to load everything into the car, drive, and find parking made a huge difference for us and was easily one of the best parts of the trip.

Everything was nice and clean. Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

The location wasn’t bad. I liked that my room was clean and so was the bedding. Everything was falling apart. We could hardly shut the bathroom door, the AC was leaking everywhere on the balcony. The balcony door was not working right and you could hardly open it. There was paint missing from the walls. It was very expensive to have it look and feel like that. The bathrooms inside the office area were gross and they had not been cleaned.

The location was good. the staff was polite and helpful. The fridge in the room was old and wobbly with broken feet. Everytime we opened it our food would fall out. They exchanged it for another one that could be leveled. The hotel is old, it smells moldy, the bathroom in the room was not cleaned well, the bed pillows were small and flat. The shower seat was broken off and not replaced, baseboards were missing from an obvious area of the room. It was an unsightly view of dirt and dark colored something that looked like mold. I requested to cancel my stay but was told I could not get a refund. We toughed it out becauuse it was just one nigtht. I used lysol to spray the beds and bleach to clean the room.

Location was wonderful! Close to grocery stores ect. Beach was clean

The location was nice. Property was quite and just a few steps from the beach. There was constant and sometimes overwhelming smell of Marijuana throughout the room. The A/C never cooled the room. Even at 60° and full blast the only area slightly cool was directly in front of the A/C. Also the sliding bathroom door was hard to move and constantly came of track.

The lady at night was friendly There was a roach in the room. Has to make sure to shake out everything before leaving. Our balcony door would not lock. The beds were hard as bricks

Great location to the beach. Clean, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed there last year and and that experience was just as great.

Good access to the beach was the main attraction. Pool and pool side bar as well. Leah the manager was amazingly on top of her game

Air conditioner unit was broke hot when I walked in room. Ceiling was peeling bad paint flakes falling down. The shower needs deep steam cleaning and shower head replaced.
