DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Myrtle Beach Oceanfront

Nice hotel and spacious. Staff are professional and courteous. Hotel near Barefoot Landing and Broadway at Myrtle Beach. I stayed a week and had a great time. Restaurant downstairs food was delicious.

The property was beautiful, the atmosphere was outstanding, employees were friendly as well as helpful. Some of the complimentary items in the shower where out and not able to be used and there was no way to clean the floors when returning from the beach. I advise you bring a small broom and dustpan just for your own comfort. Also lazy river was closed without warning ⚠️ which was something the kids and adults looked forward to.

My favorite would be the adult pool. The beach view was not obstructed. Hotel was clean, staff was helpful and accommodating.

Pros: Helpful Staff, Nice Beach, near airport and mall. Great food, even so the wait can be long to get served. Nice lounge to have a drink before heading to bed in the evening with great bartender! Cons: We got two extra towels from house keeping on day one never to see the staff again. We went all three days there without a single room cleaning, fresh towels or other items you would expect from a Hilton Property. Dried towels on balcony to be able to dry up after showers. The location is quite a distance from the main part of Myrtle Beach. Lyft or Uber is a must. The first hotel I have stayed on the beach without foot rinsing stations when you come back in. There is sand everywhere in and out. Sand near the beach can be quite hot. Flip Flop times! So I would summarize nice location but needs some attention and improvement.

The resort was so clean and everyone there was so nice and helpful! My husband and I stayed for one night, but it was absolutely amazing. We got there early and even though we couldn't check into our room early, we were able to use all the amenities and they sent us a text when our room was ready! We will be staying here again!

Clean room. Kind staff. Clean pools. Pet friendly, I enjoyed seeing all the dogs. Easy access to go between the resort and the garage. Great view n the 6th floor. Balcony was a spacious. Perfect to enjoy the ocean view. I would absolutely return.

This location is also great for families it had a whole gaming area for people with kids . The rooms also had a balcony that is technically right on the beach . The only thing I think needed to be better was clearer or bigger signage with where to go to check in .

Views. Decor for room outdated but still nice. Didn't like the parking too much. Got lost a couple of times.

This hotel has it all. Right on the beach, which had beautiful sand. An abundance of pools to choose from, especially loved the shaded area with all the games, such as cornhole and ping-pong table for when we needed to get out of the sun. The only thing I would suggest is that there needs to be some more restrooms. Having to go up onto the first floor every time my children needed the toilet wasn’t ideal. It was completely doable, but having at least one at the pool area would be helpful.

Beach view is awesome and the room is clean.

Variety Nothing

The view was very nice and we enjoyed the restaurant. The room was clean- only thing I would say is the tub was very slippery so just be careful when showering and the conditioner was empty. Staff there were all friendly; check in was a breeze and the map was very helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious.
