But the elevator and out side the rooms needs more maintenance

Access to beach, pier and pools

Dont expect them to be helpful or available. Pretty nice resort but next to zero service or maintenance of simple things. We never had enough toilet paper, the water in the tub barely drained. Power went out one night for a couple minutes. I could've had all of that at home!

Unfortunately, the hotel itself fell short of our expectations. Our balcony air conditioning unit leaked constantly, flooding the entire balcony throughout our stay. The staff did come out a couple of times to try to fix it, but the issue was never resolved. We were also disappointed that our room was never cleaned during our stay. The hotel had signs encouraging guests to leave virtual tips for housekeeping, but there was no housekeeping service provided, and we weren’t even given fresh towels unless we asked. Another issue was the bathroom. Every time we flushed the toilet, there was a strong sewage odor that made using the bathroom unpleasant. Finally, the elevators in our building were out of service for our entire stay. This meant taking a much longer route just to get to and from our room, which became frustrating, especially with a young child and beach gear. Overall, we loved the pools, water slides and beach access, but the maintenance and housekeeping issues significantly impacted our experience. With better upkeep and more consistent service, this property could be an excellent family destination.

Loved every part of our stay! Resort was very clean and tons to do around the area. Will definitely be back next year!

Have to pay $150 for parking and other fees expedia doesn’t tell you about

The only negative thing I could mention is its proximity to the airport and the noise from the air planes landing or takeoff. But to be fair it was not constant noise and too frequent. Overall, I would definitely recommend and stay there again. I am looking forward to the next time! Respectfully, Joanna

I would give this property a 5 star review if you didn’t have to pay a $35 resort fee and then not be able to use the amenities for almost an entire day because there was lightening in the area. However even when the sun came back out they didn’t reopen anything. So basically for most of a beautiful day we couldn’t use any pool including the indoor ones. It literally rained for 30 (1-1:30) mins and they closed everything for hours-11:30am to 6:30pm. Otherwise this is the best property in Myrtle beach-clean, comfy, lots to do and very nice staff. Close to everything. Would stay here again and hope they wouldn’t pull the same stunt again with the amenities.

Rooms were average, but nice ocean views

The room was really spacious and clean. My son enjoyed the pool and water slides. The pier access and Jack’s board rentals were fantastic. We have been to the beach countless times and he said this was his favorite stay. My only complaint is the floors could be a little cleaner. I loved that they weren’t carpet but a little swiffer between guests could do the trick. We will definitely be staying here again!

Facility: our room was dirty when we walked in - lots of sand on the carpet, fridge was not working, bathroom didn’t have shampoo or conditioner. There was also mold present. There are no fans or ventilation in the elevator - they stink and are basically hotter than the outside climate. Bar Services: super expensive and for the money they charge the drinks are super watered down. I would not recommend getting drinks at this location. Food Services: Their live omelette counter is amazing. However, other food services staff members are rude and they will ignore you despite of multiple calls. We tried speaking with their manager and were told that she is not there but was standing behind the door and watching us complain. They don’t restock food in timely manner. Location: It is super noisy because airport is literally right across the street. Low flying planes and helicopters through out the day. Nights are quite though after about 10:30.

The hotel is not what I expected when it an affiliation with Hilton… very disappointing. The deck leaked, bed extremely uncomfortable, gnats in the bathroom…I felt like I was staying at a Motel 8 or Days Inn. I can say that the chat feature with the hotel was helpful and responsive. I simply made the best of the stay because there were not other rooms available. The hotel was just ok not what I was expecting and the likelihood of staying again is a Zero.

Nice place for vacations

The was extremely clean I was actually quite surprised. When traveling I always wipe everything down but my room was actually clean. This property was kid friendly and had lots of things for the children to do. I really enjoyed my stay!

My experience at the resort was excellent. my only complaint about the whole experience was the restaurant ocean blue on the property. Food was great but the speed and service was subpar

They charge you for everything, many extra charges once you get to the hotel. Be aware of the extras including parking and entertainment fee.

We loved our stay.

Other than the ants and the tub, the outdoor pool area was very nice. The restaurant was very mediocre. And I paid extra for breakfast. The staff was nice, but the food was not great. There were flies and crumbs all over the restaurant as well. And the ocean view room was completely obstructed by the giant water slides. I was looking forward to this hotel stay, but I was really let down. I wish more would have been done about the ants. Like it was a literal infestation. I’m just super upset about the experience in general.
