The Ellie Beach Resort Myrtle Beach, Tapestry By Hilton

There are 3 large waterslides, a family pool, kiddie pool, adult pool and lazy river. Also has an indoor pool, workout room, 18 hole mini golf, several resturants and access to the pier with your room key. Great place for couples and families alike. I highly recommend you check it out.

We decided to stay an extra day to enjoy the property and amenities!

Not a lot of staff around. But is nice place to stay . Beach is just out the door .room is nice size

The property is large. It is very easy to access all of the amenities that are there. The pools, all 3 were very clean and maintained. Only disappointment was the snack shack in the family pool was not open. The food in the restaurant was good, especially the breakfast buffet. The view from our room was great and it appeared that other rooms had a good sight line of the ocean was also good. We enjoyed our stay and will go back.

If a casual, average place to stay, vacation works for you, then this place is fine. If you’re more accustomed to upscale properties, you may be disappointed.

Our room had multiple dents and imperfections in the walls, and the countertop had noticeable gaps that appeared to have been filled with caulk. These details made the room feel poorly maintained and in need of updating. The biggest issue, however, was the condition of the hallway directly outside our room. There was a HomeDepot bucket overflowing with water/trash sitting right outside our door, along with a large amount of water covering the hallway floor. There was a wet-floor caution sign, but having an overflowing construction-style bucket and a visibly wet, poorly maintained hallway directly outside our room was not what we expected from a hotel at this price point. For $1,300 for five nights, we expected a clean, well-maintained property and a more comfortable overall experience. While we understand that things can occasionally need repairs, the condition of the room and hallway made the hotel feel more run-down than we anticipated. The price simply did not match the quality or condition of the property.

My only complaint is that the rooms aren’t swept or mopped during our stay. With all the sand from the beach, it would have been nice to have the floors cleaned, as the sand all over the room was a bit frustrating. Overall, we loved our stay and had a great experience. We will definitely be back! 🌴☀️❤️

They need little more detail of the cleaning. For example, under the A/C unit, table and chair.
