The location was convenient ans away from The crowds . the overall atmosphere made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the great customer service and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone looking for a pleasant resort vacation.

Just be aware that it's not really a hotel, meaning the service and perks aren't quite the same, although you'll definitely still get the hotel prices for food and drink. Be prepared - they'll try to sell you at check in on attending a 90 minute seminar/tour to get you to buy in as a unit owner. We also thought it was weird that there were typically very few staff around. For example, I didn't see a single staff member by the pool until it was nearly closing time our last night. There is also a helicopter pad that runs tourist flights located very close by. Meaning that while you're sitting by the pool you'll not only get the occasional jet taking off rattling the windows as it takes off, but a non stop stream of helicopters buzzing overhead reminiscent of a Vietnam war movie. Not very relaxing. It's a nice place (room was spacious and nice) and like I said, staff was helpful and professional, just be aware it's a little different vibe.

We went back for a 2nd visit for July 4th.. just a girls trip this time. Thankfully the air conditioner on the main floor was back working (it was out during our Memorial Day stay). We booked the 2 bedroom standard suite which was very spacious. When we went in May we had the signature suite. The only difference is the type of pool towels, the washer and dryer was smaller in the standard suite, no wine cooler (signature suite has it), and difference in products (shampoo, soap, etc.) Other than that, the standard suite has everything else signature has and decor is the same in both suite styles. Once again for a holiday weekend, the bar was short staffed. Waited extra long for drinks and food. I find it easier to just go in to the cafe and order your food since that is where it comes from anyway, versus going to the bar to order. Some staff were friendly others were not so friendly. I was waiting at the bar to order a drink and one guy (possible some sort of manager Hispanic I believe) told the guy making the drinks to get another guest before he came to me and I was there first. He saw me waiting and saw the other guy come up shortly later. Not sure what that was about but ignorance like that I let the most high handle. Then another instance I did have a guest come up to me to ask how long I had been waiting because apparently he had witnessed something similar and he said he would say something on my behalf but I told him staff had already taken my order. Overall good stay

Amazing stay, I have nothing negative to say.

Checked in late with security as the front desk isn’t 24 hours. Security was quick & helpful. Got our room, it was an ADA room which normally wouldn’t be a problem. Please note, we did not book an ADA room. There isn’t a lip on the shower and the entire bathroom flooded from one 10 minute shower. The drain is higher than the floor. When I say flooded, all around the vanity, toliet, and washer/drier unit. The next day the front desk staff changed our room and the rest of the trip was great. Lots of utensils, cooking ware, and pyrex storage. I was very pleased with our room, The pool was spacious & fun, I do wish they had a full service resturaunt. The bar was understaffed for a sold out hotel. Had to wait 35 plus minutes for drinks. Lots of parking.

Room and property are very clean - almost brand new. Easy access to the beach and the pool was lovely. Room was well equipped, note you won't get housekeeping unless you have a long stay. Wish I'd realized this wasn't a traditional hotel - you'll be bothered at least twice to try and get you to go to the "vacation club" presentation. It's a timeshare by another name and they will hard sell you - up to you if a resort credit is worth half of day of your vacation. Staff were otherwise very nice, only complaint there was that we had an early flight and nobody was available to help with checkout. Difficult to just leave the armbands in the room when you need those to operate the elevator.

The property was clean very nice place to stay

The pool, the beach view, the bar and the parking lot is perfect to leave your beach chairs and umbrella in your car and only bring it out when you go to the beach which is right there. Very convenient. Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite was very spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely come back

I loved this place. The dove products they provide was a small extra that I really appreciated even providing laundry detergent. This place was clean and the staff was super helpful. Easy 10/10 experience.

Had one of our worst vacation experiences on this stay. We arrived Thursday to the property approximately 30 minutes before check in time. While waiting for our room # we were informed that the resort had been overbooked and we had to be moved to a completely different hotel down the road that was absolutely not up to par with what we had booked or expected. The staff allowed us to had access to the pool and other amenities but offered no kind of money back or anything which we felt was owed since we booked a villa and had to be moved to a resort that was 30-50 years old and a standard hotel room. I wouldn’t recommend this resort because I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience what we did.
