Beach access The room was in poor shape. The air conditioner was loud, the television looked like it was falling off the wall, the bathroom had a loose hook for towels on the back door that was literally falling off, the tub spout was loose and the bath sink faucet leaked all over the counter. The pillows were terrible! Also they say no smoking in the rooms, however we couldn’t even sit out on our patio because cigarette smoke was either coming from the rooms below us or beside us. There was also a male employee that was cleaning rooms and as we walked by he started apologizing for just wetting himself.

The location of the hotel The 1st room given was unsuitable to stay in due to a very staunch odor and the cleanness of the 2nd room was not up to standards for what I paid for and was a room for a disable or elderly person

We really enjoyed our stay and would go back.

The pools, hot tubs anr amazing, and location is perfect and not overly crowded. The pool light are so bright and shined in the room lighting the room at night even with the curtain closed. I got a small piece of metal in my foot on the balcony when coming back from the pool. No microwave

Very clean and quiet. Loved the strict no smoking. Only downside was no microwave makes it hard to eat snacks etc. other than that great experience for the hotel.

A cafe, picnic tables, awesome pool and grounds all just feet from the beach. And also another pool and spa on the 6th floor with an awesome view of the beach and coastline. This is the place to stay!

the view was nice we didn't have a microwave our air went out after so many hours they finally brought us a microwave and another air unit after all that the trip was okay

Right at the ocean. Good view The bathroom had no air circulation in it. Very hot and stuffy. Hard to take a shower and stay feeling clean and refreshed after you get out of shower

Everything was nice and clean , the view was great , and the staff were extremely nice. No complaints

The room was clean and tidy, the beach was superb, not crowded, and the multiple pools were perfect. The parking was designed so that you could literally park on the floor which you were staying which was so convenient. It is a well conceived building. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and fun. The food was good at the restaurant, and the bartenders were awesome at the pool. It isn't the most lavish facility. It is clean and well maintained, but dated.
