Grande Shores Ocean Resort

Was a great stay only overnight but worked out great! The tub didn’t drain well

Check-in was amazing! The view was nice. The overall room was clean. The only problem was our bed linen were not the best. Our bed had a stain in the linen and the other bed had hair. The elevators were very slow. Other than that we had a great time and an amazing view!

Could have had a 40 dollar microwave

My room had a nice side ocean view. Check in was easy. I liked that the parking garage was set up so you could park close to your room.

I liked the location and most of the people were nice there. They did change our room for us. Due to the fact that I'm afraid of heights and it was right at the edge of the outside hall. We had a problem with our tub it wouldn't drain. It took three phone calls and one stop at the desk to get it done. It wouldn't have been so bad if it wasn't because of us. But my nephew had to shower in backup dirty water. They also did not clean the tub after they drained it. Housekeeping did come in did not empty the trash and did not clean the tub which was still full of sand. They only have three elevators. Which I guess would have been fine if they were all working. It wasn't my family but there was an emergency with a child and The fireman had to use the stairs and the ambulance could not bring the gurney up the elevator because it was taking so long. Not sure how the child made out but hopefully the child is okay. I'm sorry but I don't believe we will be going back to this hotel. The price it cost to go on vacation now is very high. I would like to know that I am staying in a place that will make sure that things are clean and safe.

There was a lazy river that my son absolutely loved, an indoor pool and then a lounge area right next to the beach with chairs perfect for a picnic spot. N/a

Everything Nothing

I love this place I been going the last 4 years my kids an grandkids love it.

Location was nice and it was neat to park on the same floor as your room. Missing amenities that were listed, uncomfortable, not the cleanest, outlets didn’t work, and not a great value overall.

The 2 lazy rivers and beach front access In room coffee station had no creamer or sugar. Tried to get some from housekeeping and they never came all weekend. Very frustrating for coffee drinkers. So we bought our own.

I liked the location,,we were on the 2nd floor oceanfront. From my car in the parking garage to my room 53 steps,,I really liked that. Room was clean & beds were comfy. Really liked Grand Shores!!!

Was on 1st floor by the pool and was a bit noisy

Room was very dirty. Hair in the bathroom and all of the floors. It looked like it was barely cleaned. Easy access to a first floor room from the pool. Did not feel super safe here.
