North Shore Oceanfront Resort Hotel with Waterpark

Floors were disgusting in rooms and smelt like mildew after running the bath. Staff was helpful that worked late night check in and overall beds were clean. A cheap price but you get what you pay for. Not somewhere I would want to stay multiple nights but if I had to stay for a single night again, I could deal with it. Also, had to take the stairs once because only one elevator was working and we had been waiting 10 mins and the one still wasn’t available. They also don’t have ice machines.

Only small things that caught us off guard was we didn’t have enough towels and all our towels were dirty with bad stains on some of them. We also didn’t see on the listing that the waterpark was down the street which isn’t bad bad but is when we have a handicap in the family.

Right on the beach, pool was nice (wish it was a little shallower for my son) water park was clean and friendly. Lots of bad reviews for cleanliness but idk, my room was fine. 1 elevator kinda took a while but no big deal. Only complaint was the showers going onto the beach didn't work. Not sure of that's the resorts responsibility though. All in all, good vacation The toilet in my room had an issue with the valve so it ran for a while while filling

The view was probably the nicest thing there. The water park consist of a lazy river and a play area for the kids and a pool. The room was hot the first 24 hours or more. They offer A bar of soap and toilet paper for toiletries. Any motel/hotel I’ve stayed at for A LOT less offers more. The pools needed cleaning. Beds were very uncomfortable and not the cleanest either. The wash off area by the beach entrance with the showers were broken. Overall, not a good experience and not worth the money you spend.

Hot tub needs some updating. Other than that I had a great trip. Everyone was friendly and very helpful.

The staff was very professional and polite. Staff was right on top of it when we needed something. View was amazing. Pool was awesome. Highly recommend.

The rooms were very clean, the ocean view was breathtaking, the staff was polite and courteous, since my wife is in a wheelchair, they were excellent.

Room was decent. Hallways getting to the rooms could use some cleaning.carpet shampooing. Pools were great!! Loved that they were opened until 11pm. Tried to call Avas Pizza to order food for pick up but either they were that busy or the p u one number online is no longer good. Ended up ordering for delivery from another pizza place. Checkout was great. Was able to leave my truck and go for breakfast right next door and would have been able to use the amenities even after check out. The lazy river at the Waterpark was my fave. Would go back.

The room was clean and parking was the hot tub was great . Did not like the elevator at one time one of them was out. However, the next time it was repared.
