It was very nice Nothing it was all very nice

Asked for no in room service and they kept coming in one time i had my pants down getting changed they knocked but they must’ve not heard me either way i asked for no room service and the water went out one morning we couldn’t shower or brush our teeth or flush the toilet

The pools, spa, and the close access to beach. Staff was great. During our stay there was a water pipe burst so was without water for a little and we couldn’t enjoy the game room but the communication was great. Room was not entirely clean. Found dust, fries, and tissue behind dresser. Bathtub drain was clogged. Door was hard to open. Had to put some force into getting in the door.

At bedtime we noticed there was no receptacle by the bed. I sleep with a bipap machine so a receptacle was necessary. The nightstand had to be moved and unplug the lamp for the bipap. I like to charge my phone beside the bed but that was not possible. The bathroom door would not lock due to a broken latch. It appeared to have been broken awhile. There was no facial tissue anywhere. I thought that was normal today. The hotel promotes spending 15 million dollars on renovations. If they spent 3 million, I didn't see it. I'll stay somewhere else next time.

We enjoyed everything. The room was updated and clean, the pools were great and cleaned daily. Staff were very pleasant. Location is great. Nothing.

First night i ran up & down 3 times because the key card wouldn’t open my room door the front desk worker was rude every single time as if it was my fault 2. second night i seen a cockroach craw from under my bed onto my bed 3. Once i got moved 1st i didnt get moved to my ocean view room 4. Water pipes busted water was brown & disgusting 5 I got a 2 bed hotel we ended up in an ocean view with a king bed & a very uncomfortable sleeper sofa

The property was fabulous, loved the pools, love the scenery Hotel was too beautiful for them not to have the floors clean…. It seems as if they cleaned everything but the floors and carpet

I like that it was easy access to the beach, ocean front. I like the pool, lazy river, and kids water park and play area. The bar and cafe. I didn’t like I had to wait around after checking in for like another 30/45 mins. The elevator was being worked on which left less elevators to get back and forth. The water was off a few hours.

It’s a great place to stay,it was clean,parking was easy,you could pull up unload and load it up again when you left. If you like star bucks it’s next store and there was an icy place rights there on beach.They have two restaurants and the pools are nice. I wish I knew the room I was getting didn’t have a stove ,I really wanted one.
