It’s always a wonderful stay at the ocean reef the staff is always so friendly and helpful it’s clean and a comfortable environment It’s showing its age a bit a lot of things that are being repaired one of the elevators in the building I was in was broken

Clean room, friendly staff and right on the beach. Been going here for years and still coming back. Always have to see Miss Maggie at breakfast. She’s always wonderful!

First time in this hotel. Price is reasonable. The place is ‘old’, it needs some deep cleaning and perhaps renovations to upgrade furniture, appliances and amenities. Below the bathroom sink is opened and rusted pipes are showing which is not a good sight. Carpet, floor and veranda and lobby hallways also needs good cleaning. One of the north elevator was out of service, which made it difficult when everyone was checking out with their luggage cart. It took us 45 minutes wait for the elevator to finally shoved our way in, one of the guests mentioned that they were there a month ago, and it was already out/service. Great view of the beach thou.

Location was fine. It was close to area attractions. Drain in the bathroom tub/shower was clogged on arrival. Rugs near exits to pools had dried vomit that was never cleaned during our stay. People in adjacent room could be heard talking, playing a tv, music, etc. late into the night because there was a gap around the door that connected the 2 rooms so all conversations could be heard which limited being able to relax.
